这次入住体验很棒，虽然因为船票售罄不得不几次更改入住日期，但Traveloka与酒店管理层沟通顺畅，处理得当。非常感谢Bella Vista酒店的经理和预订员的热情帮助。过去几年，我们每年都会入住这家酒店3到4次，今年除外。以后肯定还会再来。

Unsure when they clean the pool, probably only a few times a week. The pool was full of leaves and bugs due to the surroundings being very forestry and out in the open. You can get a nice branch sound when the wind blows, if you're looking for pools this probably isn't the place. You get two complimentary fruit juices around the pool area. Walking distance to shops nearby for food, etc., even duty-free nearby for some cheap booze. This is in Kuah.

Hotel ini dari luar nampak macam suram, cat bangunan pun pudar tapi di dalam first class. Sebahagian hotel ada yang buat upgrading painting. Biliknya besar. Sangat recommended untuk sesiapa yang ada anak 2 bagi bilik biasa. Pihak hotel juga bagi welcome drinks di pool side sea view. Terbaik Bella Vista

It is good for location water front.

Their service is tiptop. The staff was so friendly. The process for upgraded room so easy. The place is quite calm and have beautiful sea view. Very recommended especially travel with kids 👍.

Old but well maintained waterfront resort. Suite was spacious and neat. Breakfast was satisfactory but everyday same items. Splash out was convenient and worth the visit.

Bangunan hotel cukup bagus, mungkin kurang terurus aja.

The room and the hotel were fantastic. Everything was so nice and lovely. We enjoyed our stay there. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The value of the services and comfortable rooms were much higher than that we paid. I strongly recommend it.

The hotel looks like Palace, we enjoy our stay, also they give us free entrance to splash out, but not all slide can be used. The breakfast is delicious but the menu is the same every day. And they didn't refill toilet paper at room for the last day. The swimming pool was nice, overall is good, feel like queen and king when we walk at the hotel hehe. Thank you

We had great time staying in this hotel. They gave us early check in and a spacious deluxe room. They even gave us free two tickets to the Splash Out waterpark. Although the building is old and needs maintenance, the hotel is still convenient. The location is strategic with many restaurants nearby.

Not many choices of breakfast and iron & iron board got iron room. Not provide inside room.

Bilik selesa dan luas. Berpatutan dengan harga walaupun waktu cuti sekolah. Boleh repeat check in lagi. Staff pun ok. Overall is good👍

Old property with a lot of unused space. Could have been a great hotel with some upgrades. Good room size. Big breakfast hall. Food was so-so. Wifi didn't work on 2nd floor.

Hotel selesa. Kemudahan Hotel baik. Kedai2 makan dan keperluan dekat pekan kuah banyak. Kafe hotel makanan sedap2 dan kafe bersih (tepi laut View) 5-star . Sebelah hotel ada taman tema air jalan kaki je sampai dekat sangat. Bole try hotel ni..kaki tangan hotel dan security ramah dan Terbaiekkk... Parking kereta pon banyak.

Breakfast 's good, good view and nice pool as well, the staff are friendly and helpful as well. Had to extend my stay and the staff were helpful.

Limited menu. Toiletries item didn't replace after one day. Beautiful scenery for view sunset from bar and swimming pool
