位置不错，因为直通购物中心，但所有浴室设施都需要改进。所有浴室设施都配不上五星级酒店的声誉。比M World Hotel还差。最好的是酒店总是会额外提供矿泉水。我们的房间还没准备好，所以我们不得不等到下午2:30。整理房间的时间需要改进，因为整理时间太长了，我们不得不在大堂等了大约1个小时才整理好房间。

工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。住宿环境很棒！一定会再来的。

非常不错的酒店，毗邻吉隆坡最大的购物中心之一。位置绝佳。

Although not a new hotel but the maintenance is really good, rooms are clean, the towels are clean. Location is great, connected to 1 Utama shopping mall, so there are plenty of option to eat and shop around.

Staff sangat ramah, kamar bersih dan terawat, shower kamar mandi air kencang jadi puas untuk shower tidak seperti hotel lain umumnya air kecil

Bilik upgrade terus ke deluxe king. Staf baik dan siap wish anniversary lagi. Dekat dengan mall memang itu tujuan menginap di hotel ini.

Great location, clean rooms but we got our rooms on smoking floor even though we have chosen non smoking rooms on our booking.

I didn't enjoy my stay at One World this time. First the toilet flush wasn't working, second the aircon in the room had an issue and was noisy throughout the night and last the silicone in the toilet was moldy. They finally change the room. The aircon was better but the mold is there and the worst endless knocking sound from somewhere. Location wise though is convenient. For the price that was paid I wish the hotel room experience was much better.

Shopping mall side by side. Many food outlet. Convenient. Will sure come and stay again.

Repeated stay, this time for business. Staff were accommodating with requests but the room was rather warm even when the aircon was on the lowest setting. Gym was big, spacious and adequate. Card key door malfunctioned on the last day of stay which locked me out of room after returning from breakfast. Thankfully, they managed to open the door within 30min but it gave me a scare I might miss the flight home. Nothing stopping me from returning. Good hotel.

It 's been a great experience during my stays here. The room is clean and luxurious. I felt like home. They offered various options of breakfast menu. I will definitely revisit One World hotel again.

Best hotel I ever stay pokok nya mantap banget. Sebelahan mall gede, kamar nya besar, bersih, super nyaman. Next kalo ke KL wajib banget stay di sini 🤩. Kolam renang anak ada seluncuran nya, belom sempat nyobain sauna sih 😁 next yah. Thank you one world hotel, I'm falling in love with this hotel ❤.

The room was clean, the cleaning staff were delightful. Breakfast were excellent, plenty of choices. It is located next to big mall and close to Bandar Utama MRT station, lots of people pass through the hotel lobby, An excellent choice of hotel if you want to stay in Petaling Jaya.

Old hotel but spacious and clean. Easy walk to 1utama shopping mall. Great stay.

I travelled with my elderly parents, 79 and 75 years old respectively. Thus, upon ordering I already asked for adjacent rooms and near elevator placement. On the day of my arrival, I was told that no connecting rooms were available, moreover they never received my note from Traveloka, which is absurd. The Manager on duty said that they never received any such notes from their reservation boards. I showed them the notes on my phone reservation page, but they still gave me separate rooms on the very first day. My dad has Parkinsons and Dementia issues, and we do need to monitor him on a regular basis, thus my insistence on connecting rooms. They gave us adjacent rooms the next day. Apart from that very unfortunate incident, the stay was alright. Location wise very convenient. Rooms and facilities are all fine. It wasn't our first time staying in the hotel.

Overall is good but tap water adjustment on cold and hot water abit out of order so need to becareful before washing your hands!
