This is more like a hostel than a hotel. There is not even a kettle in room and the sole water supply of all residents is one single water machine at its café. The air conditioning was barely functioning in our room. When we first switched it on, it had this loud banging noise then it went on with a continuous low rumbling sound. Despite the sound, there was minimal wind coming out. We asked for a room swap, but they said they were fully booked. We asked the staff to fix it, who fixed it by switching off the turbo function, so the sound was gone but the wind was even weaker. He insisted 'the room will get cooler later' but that didn't happen throughout my 5-day stay. We slept in this stuffy and warm room, in SUMMER BARCELONA. The other facilities were satisfactory, but I'll be avoiding this place, especially in warm weather.

Nice location, near metro and bus stop. Both female and male FO staff were friendly. We were luckily to have early check in arrangement. But there was one thing that I have no time to reconfirm because we were in a hurry to get into the terminal-- hotel female staff helped us to call a taxi to airport on the day we checked out, it showed €28 on taxi meter, but the driver asked for €43. I know there are some rules of supplement, but it was way too much( €15 !!!) , and the driver told us because taxi was called by hotel side...

Very close to everything, hotel was clean, provided the basic hygiene stuff. Receptionist and housekeepers were friendly. Loved the garden terrace.

Property is clean and room cleaning was performed daily which helped. Three things that lowered my review: 1) We wanted to go into our rooms at 3AM and there was a sign on the front door saying "Will be back in 5 minutes. If urgent, call this number". The issue is we do not have a spanish phone and the number wasn't registered with whatsapp. We had to wait 20 minutes just to go into our rooms. 2) They canceled our booking due to not accepting multi-day stays through expedia, which was extremely distressing and annoying. 3) There was a hair on our shower the day we checked in which was a little gross.

Enjoyed our stay, cute hotel in a great location. Walkable to lots of attractions. Front desk was helpful.

The place is located in a great location to walk easily or catch a train/bus. It’s on a quiet street so not much outside noise. The design of the room was weird that the sink was outside the bathroom all the way around the corner in the room. I would recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable hotel in a good location. The other downside was as I leaving to check out I saw a giant cockroach in the lobby. That sort of changed my mind on the whole place and hence the 4 star review

The room was pretty small but it was VERY clean and the hotel staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. I def would stay here again.

Great hotel. Really convenient area for seeing the sights and lots of eating areas around. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely lounge and 1st floor garden although too hot for me in August. Offer of free pastries for breakfast but sadly these were a few muffins that were all gone long before the end time for breakfast. Amazing shower although the lack of sound barrier and closeable bathroom door from the bedroom a little bit weird.

Lovely shared areas, comfortable bed, good wifi, great location and walking distance to public transportation.

Loved all the plants, quiet hotel in a great location. Rooms were very nice and bed super comfortable!

Very happy, nice people and very clean room

While the location and staff were excellent, our room was micro small, 3x5 meters. There was no table nor any chairs. We had to sit on the bed. The air conditioning barely worked. The room was sunny and bright and clean.

Great location to go to Passeig Graziella to catch the HOP on HOP OFF bus, shops, Casa Batllo, etc. They have a computer you can use, a lovely outside patio.

The air condition was not working properly with cold air and room size was too small. The bathroom toilet seat was broken and came off the toilet. It was not clean and no amenities or extra toilet roll.
