我和丈夫、女儿入住了MIICO酒店，我们住得很愉快，因为它离永旺购物中心很近，而且周围也有一些餐馆。

如果您在柔佛州新山短暂停留，这绝对是性价比最高的选择。步行5分钟即可到达便利店和嘛嘛档。不过，这里距离市中心较远，而且没有公共交通，所以打车费用可能会比较高。

价格绝对诱人。如果你只是想找个房间小憩一晚，这里就是最佳选择。

房间很宽敞，可以容纳全家人，而且上下层之间也有足够的私密性。清洁度和房间设施有待提升，才能让住宿体验更加完美。

地理位置优越的酒店，靠近永旺购物中心和许多餐厅。

由于商务会面，我在 2025 年 5 月预订了这家酒店，只住了一晚。一进大堂，酒店的氛围就让我们感到很惊喜。即使在电梯里，气味也很好。入住时需支付 50 令吉的押金，不到 6 分钟就办好了入住手续。虽然房间有点紧凑（比云顶第一世界酒店还小），但对于 90 令吉一晚的住宿来说，我想还是一个合理的选择。清洁度还可以。提供洗漱用品。浴室虽小，但还可以使用。但我需要夸赞一下床，它超级舒服，我睡得像个婴儿。隔音效果可能不是很好，但以我们支付的价格，不要指望五星级的标准。大堂有 COway 饮水机，大堂也提供免费咖啡和小吃。位置方面，它靠近 Tebrau Mall 和 Toppen Mall。只需 2 分钟车程。所以非常方便。如果您前往更远的Mount Austin（大约8分钟车程），那里有很多餐饮选择。总的来说，我对这次住宿很满意。如果我在新山短暂停留，我一定会选择这家酒店。

Saat check-in jam 15.00, kamar sudah ready, tidak menunggu waktu lama. Ada additional tourism tax 20 ringgit dan deposit 50 ringgit ketika check-in. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih, kamar mandi luas. Saya ambil 1 kamar 3 bed. AC dingin, ada air panas, ada hairdryer juga. Di dekat meja resepsionis bisa ambil air untuk isi botol minum dan beberapa jenis snack yang boleh diambil gratis. Kalau pagi disediakan kopi dan sirup orange. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan sarapan ya, tapi mereka ada jualan mie cup dan snack yang berbayar juga. Lokasi enggak terlalu jauh sama mal Aeon dan Ikea Tebrau, sekitar 15-20 menit jalan kaki. Di ujung ruko ada jualan prata dan nasi kandar yang buka jam 7 pagi, tutup jam 3 pagi, malam juga jualan burger Ramly khas Malaysia. Area cenderung aman karena saya jalan sendiri ketika pulang dari Aeon ke hotel jam 10 malam. Kalau dari perbandingan dengan hotel lain di sekitar Tebrau, hotel ini yang paling baik review-nya di Google. Boleh dicoba buat yang mau ke Johor dan menginap di daerah Tebrau:)

Like shit, paid by forced without stay.

The room [is] a little bit small, but for two people [it's] still OK lah. But overall the room is not bad, it's clean and very comfortable.

Location is good. Close to Tebrau Sports Complex. Generally room is clean and there is water dispenser. However I requested extra towel as my towel was wet. The staff said the hotel doesn't provide extra towel. While it might be the hotel policy, I would appreciate if they could be a little flexible in this case. Not sure how much it costs them to just provide one extra towel. At one point of time, door couldn't be opened and the staff need to change the battery. We didn't complain the inconvenience caused by this.

Room is simple with basic toiletries. Clean and comfortable.

Good staff, clean room, new air conditioning, toilet is huge, just the room is a little small.

Abit dirty got some hair around and the blanket I got has stained but I got it replaced and the person who helped seemed surprised that I requested replacement for that tiny stain 😕. But really affordable as it was a last-minute booking, got soap/toothbrush 🪥 prepared so it was alright, toilet quite small but still okay aircon super cold.

Very nice hotel considering the cheap price! If only they can have international channel on TV or use smart TV, that will be perfect.

Kamar nyaman, ada snack di lobby dan AC dingin, sangat recommended. Hanya 2 sih kekurangan. 1. Dekat hotel makanan cuma sedikit meskipun ada 1 tempat makan enak dan ada mart 24 jam. Tapi kurang ada variasi jadinya. 2. Kamar tidak kedap suara jadi suara-suara dari luar terdengar di depan pada saat pagi dan siang tapi malam cukup senyap.

A great place for a short stay in Johor. Simple, clean, and completed with basic amenities. Close to Aeon mall and popular public area. Satisfied with that 😊
