The hotel is bit outskirt. Not much of nearby attraction or eateries. The hotel has a strong curry smell, up to each floor in the hotel. Luckily not in the room. No breakfast provided and nearest mamak eateries is 700m walking distance. The room is spacious but the sound of the air conditioning quite loud. But the bedding is OK

Staffs are friendly and super helpful, the room is so spacious, no worries about kiblat for prayer, no worries about bidet in the toilet, soundproof, it's just I can't find a minimarket or halal food court/restaurant near the hotel within walking distance.

A bit run down though. Air cond noisy and not very cold while the kids ' pool not functioning.

When I first arrived, I was quite confused with the hotel and restaurant entrance. Parking quiet packs as needed are shared with restaurant guests and during our stay (10 & 11 June 2023), some space close due to renovation, for hotel guests it is free, just need a hotel to stamp it. Room quite big and really comfortable, just main problem is the air conditioner super noise (202) and the floor is quite slippery, dangerous for old folk and children. We ordered room service twice as the food was really nice! So bad, no breakfast option provided. Overall, recommended.

Check in a bit late about 3pm due to house keeping delay and wait for praying time for staff. Nice Penang second bridges view. Clean. Hair dryer on request.

The room in this hotel is larger than most hotels in Penang for the given price (rm 230 per night including tax). There are 2 small pools, suitable for little kids with a 4-5 foot depth only. The restaurant is spacious but no breakfast was served for the hotel guests. They only open for lunch and dinner (with kari kepala ikan as their signature dish. The parking spaces are secured and sufficient for visitors. The location of the hotel is quite far from any local restaurants and grocer shops.
