Very convenient to sights and easy to get to location.

Easy to arrive and stay. Clean cosy room with all you need for a short stay.

Was here for a one night stay, this place is charming and is all self check in. Walkable in the area and we were able to park the car directly in front. Our private bathroom was very small and tight, and the water temp fluctuated, but all in all a good stay!

Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio y buen servicio. Super amables.

No staff to meet. Check in was super simple! It is however on a major roadway. Shared bathroom facilities which I felt was a bit strange. Water did smell like sulphur. First time I smelled that in the wash but it wasn’t super strong. Average overall.

When i previously stayed at this property a couple of years ago I thought it was excellent and was looking forward to staying again. Unfortunately I was allocated room 3C where it was not possible to see the views as the windows had frosted glass. One window was in very poor condition as it was rotten with small insects in the rotten wood and did not stop the drafts or the noise from the road below. Also the excellent breakfast is now not available until June.

Great location. Great price. Only issue was not all windows had curtains have sunlight at 5:00 AM woke me up.

Sehr angenehmes, uriges Ambiente. Große Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten sehr angenehm zum Schlafen

Great location, close to bus station and city centre, good kitchen available on premises too. No staff on site but respond quickly and send you door code for entry.

First, the property is in desperate need of upgrades. From the furniture in the common areas, to fridge which the inside door shelves were broken, the inside freezer door showed the insulation. The staff was the only good thing about the property

Local agradável, quarto amplo. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização boa, a uns 10-15min de caminhada do centro. Não ha ninguém na recepção. As funcionárias do café da manhã são bem mau-humoradas, o que não atrapalha o bom café da manhã, mas choca com o contraste da educação do islandeses em geral. O anuncio indica que ha estacionamento no local, mas na verdade não há. O carro precisa ser deixado em vagas públicas na rua. Não ha dificuldade de achar uma vaga, mas não ha estacionamento na propriedade conforme indicado no anuncio.

Om det inte varit för den fina frukosten med hembakta croissant hade jag absolut inte rekommenderat detta ställe. Det är lyhört, slitet och allmänt bedagat. Uppsidan är läget, frukosten samt att det är rent, men förvänta er inget mysigt hotellrum att tillbringa tid i!

This is a sweet little property! Its a little more affordable than other places in Reykjavik, yet easy walk to the ocean and downtown. The room is comfortable and clean with nice amenities. The breakfast is small and simple, but quite adequate! We would definitely suggest a stay here.

Bathroom is shared and it wasn't very clean. Room was decent. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, and location

We were placed in wrong room by Expedia and since full could not be accommodated correctly. Only staff on site is cleaning crew who were polite but are not able to help with room placements. So any problems or concerns you had to call someone. The room was a nice size and clean, but as it had a big cornered bay window, it did not have sufficient curtains. As sun is only down a couple hours in summer, only one side had a black out curtain and the regular curtains didn’t wrap around to cover all of the window. Had to use hair clips to keep the sun out. The window ledge was also broken/ falling apart had to be careful around.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfy, and breakfast is included in a cute little garden level dining area. Feel quite satisfied with my stay, and it was so easy to check in and walk or bus to where I needed to go.
