Had a wonderful time. Almost every corner is picturesque. Worth the long travel.

Very poor cleanliness of the rooms. There are cockroaches roaming around, & ants everywhere. The beddings were dirty as if it wasn't changed, so dusty and with stains even! The air condition and air filter in the washroom were full of dust as well! Very poor maintenance! When we came into our rooms there was no water supply and the lights has no power. That was the only time they checked and fixed the lines since we were about to use the room. Safety also is an issue because the doors of the room doesn't have a double lock. The resort was actually beautiful with a lot of activities for the kids to enjoy but I don't recommend an overnight stay because it was so disappointing. Their receptionist doesn't even know how to arrange our accommodation. She was about to over charge us for an excess person in one of the rooms without checking the other rooms we booked. We were 10 in all but we actually took 3 rooms that could accommodate a total of 14 persons, since we got the bonita hut (4px), dino room (4px) & teepee hut (6px). Good thing the food in the restaurant was tasty so we were somehow relieved. But overall experience, we were unsatisfied!

The Dino room is where we stayed. First of all the water pressure was very low. The CR was dirty and each night seen many cockroaches in the room. The room during the day is very noisy as they run a dinosaur recording of a roar that repeats over and over all day. The room is so small that I wouldn't call it a room. There was supposed to be wifi but we couldn't get any to work anywhere in the resort let alone the room. The restaurant menu was very limited and anything we really wanted wasn't available. The pools were very cold. Almost to cold to swim. The zipline stopping mechanism was very jerky and scary if you disnt hold on tight when coming to a stop. Scary for a young kid.

I had a pleasant stay with my parents at the resort. The place is really nice. The view is great. However, there are some areas for improvement that the resort needs to check. The restroom did not have air freshener. It did not smell good just like other hotels. Also, my parents told me that they heard someone was moving beds and chairs at 12 midnight. Maybe from the other room. But we have known in the morning that we were the only guests occupying the 2nd floor. It made them uncomfortable.
