Nice stay but better to watch out of security as food delivery service man can freely go into the elevator even after 1am

房間空間沒有很大，但是床鋪很舒適我很喜歡

插座真的不好找，還需要用相機輔助才能找到孔位。電視頻道基本幾台，其他都是中國頻道。 隔音不錯，床蠻好躺，但整體而言好像不值他的價錢。

整體環境不錯。乾淨、舒適。但前台服務態度真的很差，冷漠、不友善。我們一家四口訂VIP房，卻給一張房卡，第二張要主動開口才會給。進房發現一張kingsize bed實在塞不下四口人，要求加床每晚收一千，五晚收五千。看看沙發勉強可以睡一個人，要求加棉被也要收五百。連續住五天收費兩萬多元，我需求退房晚一小時，也要收費五百。真的是星級飯店的硬體設施，快捷旅館的服務水準。 每天出門都不太想看到櫃檯臉色，電話溝通令人感受口氣不佳，現場交涉態度一樣冷淡，每天出門避免看櫃檯人員，因為看到心情會不好，他們連問聲早安、一聲你好，都不會說。

浴室水管有異味，睡覺有時候會聞到，電源燈會突然全開，但床蠻舒服的。

好停車，附近小吃很多很好吃！但是沒有餐廳吃早餐很可惜！

Room is clean and very new. Walking distance to MRT. Lots of local food selection

This hotel provide hot springs bath in designated rooms. The spring water is trucked in from local hot springs one hours drive away.

The standard room is clean and comfortable. The hotel has a gym that is way above expectations. The location of the gym can be a little out of the way for foreigners. However, that can be ignored because of the many eateries in the neighborhood. I will try the onsen room on my next visit.

Very new hotel with huge room and all the amenities you need. The only complain I had was the difficulty to find the right temperature at the shower (either too cold or too hot). Also I heard the construction noise from a different floor started early on the Sunday morning. But with excellent service and convenient location, I'll consider coming back again.

the electricity in my room is not good, it shut down and came back every 2-3 hours.

房間壁紙脫落 廁所垃圾桶歪斜， 蓮蓬頭 水量太大根本掛不住。 半夜 隔壁講話都聽的清清楚楚 隔音很差 不值得這個價錢住宿 極差硬軟體

チェックインやタクシーの対応などスタッフが親切にしてくれた。 駅から少し離れているので、タクシーをよく使いました。

首先是內部環境，個人覺得寬敞舒服，幾個稍嫌可惜的是插座比較少，沒有提供早餐，另外，原本以為房內有小型的浴缸可以泡湯，只有一般的乾濕分離淋浴，除了上述需求，其他都很好，不論是地理位置方便、周圍餐食選擇多、提供免費室內停車、隔音也不錯等等

The hotel was very clean and relaxing. The room was large enough for my husband, my kid and me. The staffs were very helpful as well! Great stay!!
