When we arrived at the property we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were however there were stains all over the sheets and when tried to have a shower there was no hot water. When I brought this to the front desk they stated “we will get maintenance to look at it”. When I tried to shower later that day there was still no hot water, I went straight down to the front desk and complained again however this time I was meet with “It’s an old building, it will only be warm not hot”… The water was no where near being warm. We tried to move rooms and/or book another room and I was meet with “that room has heating issues”.
I am not sure how any hotel can manage like this and expect guest to be ok with the water being freezing and not giving a compensation or having to continue to give compensation.
