The staff are very friendly and come each night to see if we needed more towels etc. The room was very clean. The property is very outdated and in need of paint and repair outside. Staying in Cavendish it's close to everything. A Tim Horton's and Petro Canada are next door which was nice.

Mouldy smell, small bathroom, uncertain water temperature control. Good location. Couldn’t use the pool because the hours of operation were not convenient. AC worked.

Traffic a bit noisy.

Showed up at 6 and room was not ready.

Beds clean and comfortable. Furniture and bath updated. Coffee pot but no coffee. Curtain rod not secure therefore curtains didn’t close property. Good location to drive for sightseeing. Nice pool out side building needs work

The rooms were clean but the area around the property was kept up very good. We also checked in and had no idea the pool wasn't open as it wasn't posted on Expedia when we booked and that was one of the most important things for us when booking because we have 3 small kids who love to swim. The BBQ area was a nice bonus but the bbq we were using (only one there) had a broken handle so it was a bit tricky. It was the perfect location though right near everything we were there to do and so we would stay again. They always say you get what you pay for!

The room was clean and private. The room has been renovated nicely. It was very quiet despite there being construction and lots of families and children. The outside was messy because of on-going construction work, however it didn't bother us as the rooms were nice and clean. I did notice some dead bugs inside one of the lamp shades and the AC unit was dusty. The wifi didn't work well. it was nearly impossible to use electronics on wifi. My only recommendation would be to improve the wifi. We will stay here again. Things were reasonable priced and all we needed. The location is prefect for everything you need.

The location was great for attending CBMF and the staff were extremely friendly, answering questions and providing any necessary extra items (towels, etc). Pool area was receiving some nice upgrades.

Nice, pool was well used by families.

this motel is in need of some serious upgrades/renovations. It would not take much to make this place nice, update the comforters with some cheap ones from IKEA etc. we stayed in the strip part of the motel last stay (2023) and it wasn’t as dingy and horrible as the building rooms. We had room 34 and inside of the walls were infested with baby mice/squirrels? The non-stop squeezing day and night was a bit much.

The room was extremely dated with mildew/mould in the bathroom. There were several earwigs in the room.

Close to lots of amenities friendly Staff clean

The room is clean but the building has poor conditions that immediately needs to be updated. Very good location except the cemetery in front of the building

We liked the location, the room size was great. We were very disapointed the pool was not ready. Also didnt like they were knocking at our door 9 30 on the morning we were checking out wanting to clean our room . We were still getting our stuff ready. Àll and all it was a good trip.

Nice property close to attractions. Lovely staff.
