The little resturant was run by a beautiful chef, she would build you anything from her Ingredient on hand. There are only 4 tables with chairs but it is poolside

Beautiful design but not at all functional. Very limited space around the main pool. No tables and chairs. Very noisy with construction going on 6 days a week right next to the property. You need a code to get out of the property, so not secure in case of an emergency.

El hotel es bonito, las instalaciones están limpias y la comida es rica, eso suma mucho a la experiencia. Sin embargo, hay varios detalles. La alberca de arriba se sentía con poco nivel de agua. En la habitación, la TV tenía el audio en mal estado y su ubicación no es la mejor, ya que está de lado. El punto más importante es el ruido: al estar en la parte alta, el sonido de la ciudad se mete directamente a las habitaciones. Las ventanas y puertas no sellan bien, por lo que se escucha la música y las fiestas prácticamente toda la noche, sin lograr un descanso en silencio. Si mejoraran el tema del aislamiento de ruido, sería un gran hotel

Great place to stay, close to town but quiet and relaxing. Incredible views and great staff who were always available for anything we needed. Shoutout to Lalo and all the great service he provided. They helped arrange transport to and from the airport as well! Great experience!

Very friendly staff, very peaceful property

Nothing can prepare you for the generous and welcoming hospitality of D88, Lalo, Elle and the staff; especially when an unexpected disturbance shuts the country down for 24 hours. Lalo opened the little cafe after hours and 8 individual rooms joined for an unexpected community evening of dinner and laughter. Disturbance aside, the hotel is lovely. Clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Amazing pool and lounging areas. Tropical paradise location close to Sayulitas plaza and the beach. It’s a definite #1 future return stay!

The room was clean, had what we needed, a bit away from downtown which is nice. 10 min walk to the beach. The hotel is very tranquil, the staff is so friendly and the breakfast was so tasty! I loved my stay here and if I came back to sayu, this is absolutely where I’d stay

We had a great stay at District 88, the location of the hotel is great and the room was spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. We will definitely recommend and this is our future hotel in Sayulita.

Best small hotel to stay at in Sayulita. 4th time staying here. Always top notch. Quiet and peaceful but close enough to town for anything you need. Lalo and the staff are absolutely the best.

Distrito 88 is absolutely amazing. Before we even got there their communication was unbelievable. They welcomed us two days before getting there. The day of our flight Lalo reached out to us and greeted us at the gate. Lalo made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned everyday with pride. The property itself is so beautiful. Top notch. Elle the cook is so friendly and makes the most tasty food. If you want a relaxing stay on a gorgeous property this is the place for you. Thank you to everyone at Distrito 88 for making our stay perfect.

Clean rooms, nice staff, very quiet able to escape all the noise of Sayulita. Nice view of the ocean, comfortable bed, working AC. Only con would be no where to sit in the room, but the cafe/restaurant is nice to get some things done when its open 9-4.
