Our room had frosted windows and no natural light. There was a serious water leak in the bathroom that had to be mopped but didn’t go away. The staff and location were otherwise very nice.

Beautiful little hotel in the middle of the city. Wonderful accommodations and unbelievable staff. Excellent restaurants within walking and we will return soon.

The hotel is very well located. The room was very comfortable, but the best part was the friendly and helpful staff.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful but the service at breakfast in the cafe next door was strange. There was no menu to say what was avaliable & food arrived randomly. eg the bread arrived after everythingl else. Although the food was acceptable & plentiful we were given things we didn"t want but couldn't choose what type of coffee we wanted & were not given any juice. There was lots of waste because there was no choice.

I booked a Deluxe Room with a balcony and city view, but ended up on the lowest floor with a large tree directly in front—completely blocking the view. Definitely disappointing, especially considering the higher price for the “view.” Be careful when booking this room type—what you get might not match the description.

The staff were absolutely amazing - couldn’t do enough for us and went well beyond what we expected. Such a wonderful few days there that we will never forget.

Great spot! So much to see around the area. Parking was a bit tricky, go to the Themes Parking which is roughly 800 feet from the hotel. It’s 15 euros for the whole day but conveniently located. The area around the hotel was amazing! So much to explore. Breakfast in the morning was top notch! Felt very taken care of!

Good central hotel near everything. We have stayed several times and really enjoyed our stay so we go back! Breakfast is next door in the excellent cafe, and the variety of food is good. Highly recommended.

I liked the location in the old town of Heraklion. It is outside the normal tourist areas so you have a nice 20 minute walk to the water. The breakfast is amazing with 2-3 trays of food that is hard to finish as 2 people. If you can, get a package that includes it.

Nicely situated hotel. Rooms are well appointed and a good size.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms need some additional sound proofing and the breakfast was pretty average.

Hotel location good but no driveway and no parking. Finding parking is a challenge

Excellent team Wi-fi sucked. Had difficulty with my zoom calls. Was a real problem. Team was attentive but unable to remedy

This is a modest hotel in a great location. Directly on the square of St. Minas church, it is in a lively part of the city center. The rooms are adequately sound proofed, so very little noise enters the room. Most attractions are less than a twenty minute walk away. Tavernas and shops are all around. Five minutes away is the even more active Lion Square and city center.

Beautiful hotel by the cathedral square close to many dining options and shops. Updated room, balcony, and clean.
