Lovely place central, helpful reception staff. Breakfast served from cafe attached to hotel. Huge, helpful servers! Loved it. Zero complaints

The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally helpful in terms of booking restaurants and other information The location is central and yet quiet with local people and the view from the room was open over a church square You dont have the feeling of tourist crowds thst is stressful

We did have a shower drain issue that flooded the room. Hotel management quickly moved us to another room. We were there just one night.

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the church square. The room, lobby and hallways were very clean. The location was perfect for seeing Heraklion. On the edge of the old town with pedestrian streets but the hotel was close to a main street with bus service and taxi's could pull up right outside. The main restaurant street was less than a block away.

This was such a lovely stay! Walking distance from many great bakeries and restaurants, and the desk people were so helpful with everything! Amazing time.

My husband loved the balcony with the beautiful church view. The room we stayed at a little small for me especially in the bathroom area.

The staff was lovely and the area and location close to everything was very convenient

In my room (304) half the sliding door to the shower was gone. The other half leaked at the seams so that there was after every shower a lake next to the shower. Staff said it happened 2 days before I arrived. There was also a weird smell in the shower and quite many black spots. Quite many other things in the (for 4 stars) small and very badly designed room were on the verge of breaking (a chair,a light in the ceiling,towel hanger in the bathroom). Also the fridge was never refilled. Room service worked well and the common areas were nice & clean. Staff was OK,not overly friendly (when you come in again in the evening they often ignore you and dont say hello). Overall for the price I expected a better experience.
