Das Hotel und seine Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Very good location, plenty of parking, hotel a bit worn down, dated interior. Very friendly staff and generous fresh breakfast.

Appalling service right from checkin. Checkin starts at 3, which is when reception is advertised as closing. We arrived at 2 and reception was already closed! I rang the advertised number and was told that a code would be sent to get keys from the key safe no earlier than 3pm. Also told that the codes weren’t ready yet anyway. No code received by 3, so I rang the number again, and received the codes over the phone. We entered via the back entrance and there were no staff anywhere. Couldn’t get any questions answered. Also, even though I had booked breakfast in the booking process, when we came down the next day we were told there was no breakfast for us as it hadn’t been booked. When I asked if we could go into the breakfast room and pay again, she said there was no food anyway. When I asked if no other guests were having breakfast, and was there really no food at all, she said there was no food in the breakfast room. It is only for tea and coffee. All the literature said breakfast would be served from 7:30am, but we were told it was only tea and coffee. The whole thing was unbelievable! The beds also were only foam mattresses and not very comfortable. Lift was very small and needed two trips. Overall, way overpriced for the quality and service we received.

Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen, für den Preis zu schlecht.

ピンコードの入力で、ホテルの鍵を開け自分で入るのですが、ホテルの到着で、初めて知り、電話するように張り紙がありましたが、日本語しかわからない私達は無理でした。事前にメールの連絡もなく、ホテルからもメールをしましたが何の返答もなし。ホテルには人もいないし警察で、頼んで電話してもらいました。　部屋は広くて、冷蔵庫もあり、快適でした。 チェックインだけ、どうにかしてほしいですね

The hotel is just over the road from the train station and checkin was easy. They advertise coffee / tea 24/7 but this was not the case, and the front desk closed at 5pm.

Hotel locked on arrival. No advance warning that reception was not staffed. Supposed to open at 3 so went back then. No one turned up. Called a number stuck on the door and eventually got instructions on how to enter via the back door using a key pad number. Pity nobody thought to email that in advance. All in all, a total shambles. A place to avoid.

Für Zwischenübernachtung gut geeignet. Bei Zimmer Vorderseite muss man mit nächtlichen Straßenlärm rechnen. Frühstück angenehm .

Ein absolut ekelhaftes Hotel. Leider werden hier die Handtücher vom Vortag, welche auf den Boden geworfen werden, wieder aufgehangen. Als das Thema angesprochen wurde, wurde dieser Missstand auf den momentanen Stress geschoben. Was absolut nicht geht. Ich kann jedem dieses Hotel abraten. Absolut unhygienisch.

Es hat alles gepasst! Gutes Frühstück!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral beim Bahnhof und der Altstadt.

Nie wieder!!! Rezeption war nicht besetzt am Abend und später ist auch niemand mehr an's Telefon als ich versucht habe anzurufen um bzgl der WiFi-Verbindung etwas Licht in das Ganze zu bringen. Es ist nicht besonders sauber, wenn jemand Wert daran liegt, dann ist es nicht dieses Hotel. Im Zimmer ist es zu warm und laut. Wer Ruhe braucht, ist hier falsch. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität, sprich: sie sind alles andere, als aktuell. Kunst ist was anderes und von Charme ist man hier auch sehr weit entfernt! Also die Hotelkulturphilosophie weit verfehlt. Das Kärtchen bzw der Inhalt, unten als Bild angehängt, ist eine Farce oder gar eine Beleidigung bzgl des Gastes. Und vom Preisleistungsverhältnis brauche ich nicht zu schreiben... Kurzum: sehr enttäuscht gewesen gestern. Zum Glück dauert es für mich nur eine Nacht.

Keine dauerhafte Rezeption. Zugang ab 14h mit Schlüssel aus einem passwortgeschützten Briefkasten. Nicht alle Zimmer sind renoviert, aber alles sauber. Leider nur relativ laut wegen der Straße. Schlechter Schallschutz. Harte Betten. Frühstück große Klasse!

Mein Zimmer war alt, abgenutzt, hatte ein Minibett und Schimmel im Kühlschrank. Sehr enttäuschend.
