1．バスタブがない ２．インターネットがつながらない。

Probably fine for Chinese but useless for Europeans. Kettle in room with mug but no tea/coffee no tea spoon no where local to buy tea/coffee. No tea/ coffee at breakfast language difficulty as all done through google translate no hangers at place to hang any clothes.

Es la peor ubicación de Shanghái y el hotel es poco amigable en términos de efectuar cambios o cancelaciones, ni les importa siquiera tomarte en cuenta

The most hard of all was the communication, no one speaks English and try to communicate using google translator isn’t easy.
