All good, only WIFI is not working.

Perfect experience. However, a deposit of 2000RMB is required at check in. Despite checking out from the hotel for few days, the transaction of the deposit has still not been voided. Hope the hotel could look into it.

海景房非常棒，酒店非常舒适，干净整洁，刚进房间服务员还送来红酒，水果拼盘、蝴蝶酥小點心。非常暖心！可惜沒有訂到晚上自助晚餐。聽說自助晚餐也非常棒

朋友生日，酒店除了預備蛋糕外，還有紅酒，和精心佈置，值得一讚！房間很大，可以望到整個深圳灣，很舒服！

Very modern , clean , different restaurants and warm atmosphere

It was excellent experience by staying in Raffles hotel in Shenzhen. My family and I all loved the hotel environment, service, food and everything. Also super friendly to kids. It was very quiet for staying. Naomi、Levi and Bruce in concierge were very friendly and helpful.

Far from other area and taxi is not around.
