Had a great experience in El Paso at this hotel!! Only down fall was being able to hear the highway from our room

Our room was never cleaned. We stayed for a week and called to the front desk and asked several times when our room would be cleaned and they kept telling us the next day. We would come back in the evening and it was never cleaned. This was ridiculously bad communication and service.

En general es un buen hotel, lo que no me gustó como mucho otros hoteles en este momento ya no aplican la limpieza diaria. Eso está mal. Es igual si vas a un restaurante a desayunar, y a medio regresas y te sientan en la misma mesas sin limpiarla, te sirven la comida en los mismos platos sin limpiarlos, porque al cabo quien los usó y los ensució fuiste tú, porque te va dar asco. No limpiar los cuartos a diario es suciedad. Sobre todo lo que cobran para hospedarse no es nada barato, y debería incluir limpieza diaria. Todo eso empezó en el tiempo de la llamada pandemia por seguridad, pero se contradice; nada provoca más enfermedades que la falta de limpieza. Y lo que más molesta los hoteles nunca bajaron la tarifa después de la pandemia, pero si limitaron mucho el servicio, y sobre todo quitaron la limpieza diaria pero cobran igual, y algunos hasta subieron de precio pero bajaron mucho en la calidad de servicio. Y eso no solo en este hotel, es casi en todas las líneas de hoteles. Si los dueños de los hoteles creen que a los clientes les da igual dormir en un cuarto sucio pagando un precio para tener servicio, los recomiendo que vayan a un restaurante de lujo pero donde limpian el ambiente y los platos una vez a la semana. Es lo mismo, al cabo la causa que lo provocó es la pandemia. Como dice el dicho: a la mejor soy de noche, pero no de la última noche. Por eso quejándome fuerte mente en contra de todos los hoteles que dejaron de aplicar limpieza diaria, sin bajar la tarifa.

We visited El Paso for our nephew's graduation and our family of four stayed for 4 nights. The room was more than perfect we were super happy with it! I personally loved the layout, the kitchenette was in a perfect place so the rest of our room had extra room. Will definitely be booking at TownePlace Suites again!

Breakfast could of been better, other Marriotts that I’ve stayed had waffles and breakfast entrees. Made the stay more convenient. Other than that was excellent service.

Lovely view of the Franklin mountains stayed there for convenience —had more amenities in the room than I needed.but Allowed me to get the superior Mexican food along the border and have wonderful leftovers for breakfast

Super clean Hotel, great staff, loved the big screen newer tv, very quiet room and comfortable bed, excellent stay I will stay there every time I’m in El Paso first class hotel at a great price

All the staff are friendly and room was clean. Handicap shower was great. Breakfast was ok.

Arthur at the front desk greeted us as changed the whole vibe into a positive one after we had a negative experience at another hotel chain and had to get a last minute booking here. The room was great. Everything clean and quiet. We were able to have a good nights sleep, grab some coffee and be on our way.

Not so good 😕 the tv remote didn't work the bed was uncomfortable
