Excellent hotel, my only concern is that the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, don't feel safe to walk alone especially at night. Except that, first choice to stay in Queens. Few minutes walk to the subway and easy to access Manhattan. Room is quite clean, breakfast is satisfying enough. Staff are really friendly.

Es un lugar muy bueno, respecto al precio (obviamente tomando en cuenta que NY es carísimo), pero una desventaja es que no hay estacionamiento al rededor (el primer día pasé 40 min para encontrar estacionamiento y en el hotel cobran $55 el día, recomiendo tomar precauciones con eso)

I love the hard wood floor instead of carpet. Great services at breakfast, appreciate the guy does the clean up and kept the area very clean. The front desk service including the service for the luggage storage is excellent.

El Hotel es bueno cumple con lo ofrecido, pero lo más valioso fueron dos personas que trabajan en el Hotel Luis Zambrano y iIleny Castro, siempre nos ayudaron en todo, amables, atentos, cortez, fueron lo mejor de mi estadía, solo puedo dar gracias a ellos y reconocer su trabajo.

The hotel was clean & nice. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was clean. Staff members we encountered with were very nice & professional. Complimentary breakfast was impressive. Rooftop garden had excellent view of Manhattan. It was breathtaking. Subway station was close & convenient. Only one issue is location. I would not want to walk around after sundown.

Stay was great

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious with many options that varied from day to day! The valet parking was great and we felt safe and well taken care of our whole stay!

Such a nice little hotel. Clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. Short walk to the train and even shorter to the bus. Sheets were a little scratchy but the rooms are spacious and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The staff was great, very nice and helpful with anything we needed and also recommended us great places to eat. The room was spacious considering that most hotels in NY are notorious for being extremely small. The downfall was our floors were dirty

We stayed here recently and overall had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The hotel’s proximity to the 21 St–Queensbridge subway station is a big plus for getting quickly into Manhattan and around New York. There are pharmacies and places to eat near the station, which is very convenient. It’s true there are some shelters for homeless people in the area, and if you’re not used to that it can feel a bit intimidating at first, but in our experience we never had any issues and felt safe going back and forth. Overall, a comfortable and convenient option for visiting the city.

Very clean in side nice staff but no parking had to pay extra just to park in their garage and nothing really around to eat with out walking because no place to park when u drove

Negatives: I loved everything about this hotel except it was very loud at night! I couldn’t sleep and I could hear guests conversations through the walls. Not getting rest is very frustrating….Also housekeeping never came to clean my room or check to see if I needed anything. Not sure if I would come back because of the loudness. Positives- Staff is very kind, hotel is clean and continental breakfast is excellent!

The guy at the front desk wouldn’t price match Expedia. He told me to “book it with a third-party.” And then after that, when I tried to add my Marriott number he informed me that I would not be receiving any Marriott points for the day. I guess I should’ve known that, but I’m still kind of annoyed. I called ahead of time and the representative said he would price match and he didn’t, and then I didn’t get the points because of that.
