Like the surroundings of downtown midland. Rarely seeing staff and also guests. Free breakfast was also very convenient to stop by in busy morning!

I would love to give this place all 5 stars but there seemed to be a mix up with my reservation. I am positive I booked a room with 2 beds and a couch, because I have 2 teenage children that won't sleep together. It was only a few dollars more to book, and a perfect location to the Loons game we were attending. When I checked in, I was only given a standard 2 queen room, and the desk told me they were full and couldnt change my room type. I found this hard to believe because the whole time we were in the hotel, the lobby, the pool, the breakfast area, and even the parking lot, were basically dead. The parking was maybe 1/4 full. I don't know if this was an issue with Expedia or the hotel, but it was unfortunate it happened. We made it work, but I feel an error was made. Aside from this mix up, everything about the property and room was perfect. Clean, quiet, updated, and a good location.

Very nice, right downtown but the property has easy parking! Checked in late at night but wouldn’t even know it with how attentive the staff was. Nice room, would definitely stay again.

Staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly!!

We liked the convenience of the location. We disliked the cold coffee in breakfast area and the poor housekeeping schedule.

Very clean and excellent staff

Hotel was great for my 2 night stay, it was close to my activities. Saturday night was extremely rough with either gun fire or fireworks going off for several hours and until almost midnight. Sleeping was impossible until the noise stopped.

The hotel was within an easy walk to downtown Midland. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was the usual fare. One of the two elevators needed repair. I feel that the hotel was not exceptional and overpriced.

Check in was over an hour late. For what I paid I expect a room promptly.
