总体来说还可以，只是浴室的水管坏了漏水，请尽快修理，亲爱的。酒店很新也很漂亮，但是对客人设施的维护却很差。停车还可以，员工很友好，入住和退房都很方便快捷。食物种类丰富，味道也不错，尤其是面包布丁，非常好吃，是我吃过最好吃的，比我去过的其他酒店的都好吃。

地理位置优越，无交通拥堵

卧室地板上有很多灰尘，对于一个哮喘患者来说，这会引发我的哮喘发作。

什么都不缺，一切都好，很满意。

屋顶泳池很漂亮。当地早餐种类丰富。

适合功能性活动和家庭活动的住宿

I think h elite has the latest / new amenities as it's a new hotel.

It's raining and flood season, so not so many guests. Breakfast has limited choices, but you can swim at the rooftop pool until 8 PM even though it's raining. Good, because I only have time to swim after office hours. Thanks.

Friendly staff. Even though my meeting ended at 6.30pm and it was raining outside, the pool guy allowed me to use the rooftop pool until 8pm. Very happy to relax at poolside.

Nice place. Clean and tidy. Near several shops and mydin mall just next to it.

Toilet kena scrub, wall toilet kuning-kuning.

The room is spacious. But sadly, it ' s not cleaned properly. The bedsheets got some stains. The toilet door is dirty at the lower part. The water boiler has some rust inside. There ' s no toothbrush. One bedlamp is not working. And most importantly, the wifi is not functioning.

Spacious & clean room. Will certainly return.

A nice clean hotel. Great size room. The pool is cool and great for kids too! A great location next to the Mall which is very convenient.

Be carefull if you are a women and you went to the gym at this hotel. Please make sure you didn't go alone to the gym. This happen to my wife. The hotel may view the cctv for proof. My wife trauma to go to the gym after the incident. To the male staff, think before you doing. Women is not the subject for you to take advantage.

Sangat berpuashati staf layanan baik jika ada apa-apa masalah tentang peralatan bilik tak sampai 5 minit dah selesai. Bilik selesa parking kereta banyak.

I very like this hotel everything is very good receptionist 10/10. Hotel staff service 10/10, all smile and helpful. Thank you so much ka far from town a bit but I think no problem because near by hotel have shoppers mall in front at hotel have coffee shop, minimart, 7-11, DIY can walk go there.
