Nice hotel to sleep before a flight

Not clean rooms, no AC and even if you try to update to AC rooms, there is a lot of hassle, as the hotel staff only provides you for the services you've booked online, if you wish to upgrade to a better room, you cannot. No tv, no wifi, no intercom, no lifts and no bellboy, so you need to pick up your luggage and walk through stairs on your own, if you get a room on a higher floor, it is not going to be convenient. Concierge staff are unreliable, whatever they tell you regarding checkout time, services in room, do not trust them, rather double check with internet as well. No cloth hanging hooks provided in room, just a long rail in room and restroom each. I'd rather recommend everyone the hotel golden terminal at nedumbassery, which is just 1.2 km ahead of jippus galaxy hotel.

ok for a freshup kind of requirements and a short stay

It was veey dirty room, no AC , no fan , No Lift, no man to take the luggage, only receptionist, no helf from himel. It was a terrible for us to stay one nights

The location is very convenient for travel to/from airport, but there is no good eating place nearby, particularly for a vegetarian. I had sought a a/c room and the tariff was agreed but when it came to check-in I was told my booking is for non-ac room. Finally I had to shell out another Rs.500/- for AC.

Very basic No aircondition

i didnt stay. i didnt like their attitude. i went in the middle of the night. he was excuses not to give me the booking, and make take a higher room.

Nice stay but no restaurants near by

The building is new and it is clean, it will be interesting to how it is like in 12 months. There are no decent restaurants in the nearby area. The food in the nearby is for local factory workers and villager Vanakkam

Very supportive staff. Good room for low price.
