Clean and comfortable appartment. It was very hot so the fan in the room was welcome and extremely effective. It was convenient for the tennis, bit difficult to find as it wasnt çalled orlo ?

Very noisy but more annoying was the fact I had to pay a £75 breakage deposit which has still not been returned. Stayed in new year's eve.

Great location, nice quiet room with all facilities we needed. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were always available. Free fruit in reception as well. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in the studio apartment with my kid, it was cosy and had everything we needed like a washing machine, cooker, fridge, tv and wifi. The building has a lift which was great especially with luggage. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great as it’s very close to the beach and lastly the parking was good as it’s free on the opposite side however it does get full in the evening but luckily there are a few roads nearby which are all free :)

Arlo Apartments is een aardig appartement complex in Eastbourne in een prima buurt. Het is schoon en ruim, maar verwacht geen luxe. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is oke.

We’re to start I book 2 weeks at £2540 to stay there 4 night to be told the hall way smell off cannabis I say not us there is 30 other people walking thought this building just coz we are the door by the frount door then to get woken up to be told to leave the room with in a hour no refund I’m like so your kicking me my missis and my kid out making me losses over 2000 because the hall way what 1000s off people walk up smells what a joke this place is bet they do this to loads off people for them to rent the room out agen to make even more money scammers there get what’s coming

Amazing place. Wonderful staff who give a fantastic welcome. Apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked. Powerful shower. Kitchen was excellent. Lovely comfy bed. Would recommended highly.

The two of us plus two dogs staid for two nights. The service was excellent and so friendly. The rooms wonderful. The dogs settled in straightaway. Kitchen with fridge for human and dogfood if needed. The parking is on street but plenty of free space in the road. Located in the Devonshire quarter near the Theatre and art gallery.

It was a nice apartment and being on the ground floor was useful with two dogs. The radiator in the children’s bedroom didn’t work though. There were no doors on the bedrooms we presume to save on space but it meant us watching the TV kept the children awake in the evenings. Good location near the beach. Free parking is probably a bit misleading as there is no allocated parking it is just free on the road, IF you can find a space. We had to park a long way away at times.

Apartment was very clean. I find the bed comfortable to sleep. Having a kitchen in your holiday period is a bonus. I picked up food from Tesco and cooked it which saved me money and watched a nice movie on smart tv

I could find the parking free right outside the hotel which very convenient. I find the hotel clean and very smartly done. It looks newly renovated. Lift was comfortable to ride. My apartment was very nicely cleaned. I will cone back here again.

Nice and clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay and had a good sleep in the comfortable bed. My room TV was smart TV but I could not see my full film. Next time I will watch earlier.

I got very hungry when reached the hotel. Staff helped to order the Indian takeaway food which was so delicious. Very nice staff and I had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. Will definitely come back back.

It was very comfortable above my expectations. I defined be staying again and advice anyone to stay over. Customer service friendly. The hotel is right near the seafront !

Liars said they would refund after telling hotels.com that they would. AVOID THIS PLACE..... wanted me to pay again even when I showed them I already paid. No parking, this place is actually called the RITZ, no signage anywhere saying Duke Hotel?? no parking, good luck finding it and good luck finding parking

The room is ok, but disappointed that my intentions to book this apartment, was Airconditioning and a “QUEEN” bed, but was told that I booked a deluxe apartment. The deluxe apartment mentioned “QUEEN” bed. I did not want to make a fuss, thus , let it go. I lost the payment for Travelodge for 3 nights, to find out there is no Airconditioning; hoping I will get a comfortable bed and Airconditioning, unfortunately, I was disappointed.
