Lovely hotel; really enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent and had everything you could need. The breakfast was great and the hotel is well placed to enjoy the town, the castle and within easy reach of the cricket ground. Would definitely visit again.

Really delightful home-away-from-home little hotel. Delightfully warm hosts, especially at breakfast, plus homemade lemon & blueberry cake (rather a yummy treat as I don't usually have cake for breakfast!). Clean, tidy, not too hot (lots of places I've stayed are a touch too warm for me). Happy to recommend to all-just goegeous!

Shower so to small and the shower heads require jets clearing water pressure to low (bad shower)

Very welcoming and friendly host and only a few minute walk to the town

Stayed overnight at this cute little place Lucie was amazing and very welcoming highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, cute and a great location near the town. Friendly service too!

Nice little B&B close to centre of the village and running trails. Lucie sent the access codes to the front door and room making the check-in a breeze. It was a bit chilly during the first night (central heating off at night), but Lucie provided a portable radiator and extra blanket, so the 2nd night was warm and cosy. Very clean room and comfy bed. Also the breakfast was great.

We stayed in the room with a double-bed, and it was really a lovely experience! Arden House is very well maintained and the bathroom and room facilities were very modern. Arundel is quite small so you're only minutes away from everything. The host, Lucie, was very kind and asked if we have everything we need as soon as we got our room. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the property earlier in the day, as we arrived before the check in time. The room included: new slippers, shower gels, towels, tea and biscuits. Would definitely recommend Arden House to anyone visiting Arundel.

I have been agonising about whether to write this review, as I don't want it to get so busy that they don't have room for me next time I want to stay ! Quite possibly the best B & B EVER !

comfortable clean room. a little dated. great for a last minute booking. easy walk into arundel. continental breakfast only but plenty of places to eat in village.

Excellent place to stay

Nicely furnished, spacious, clean, comfortable double room. There were two bay windows that made it nice and bright though would be good to have black out curtains for the morning sun Delicious continental breakfast with cereal, fresh fruit and croissants.

Exceptional hostess when facilitated our stay in Arundel. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here in the future.

A comfortable and effective stay, with nothing bad to say about it.

Very pleasing all round; A porch outside the front door would be good for smokers; A hand-rail for towels would save the necessity of changing towels every day and be more ecofriendly; Very welcoming and comfortable.
