The Ca Bonfadini Historic Experience was amazing! When we got to the hotel, the staff immediately greeted up and took all our luggage. They gave us bottles of water and led us back to the patio area to cool off and relax. When we came back inside, they had our room ready, even though we arrived 3 hours before check-in! We were even upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! The host led us upstairs and our luggage was already in the room, waiting for us. The room was gorgeous! I legitimately felt like a princess sleeping in this palace. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Ik had een suite kamer geboekt maar er zat niet een strijkijzer in. Het was ook niet direct beschikbaar bij navragen. Uiteindelijk een stoomapparaatje gekregen dat niet goed strijkt. Dat viel tegen. Het ontbijt viel tegen en ook de ligging vond ik tegen vallen. Wel schoon hotel en dat vind ik heel belangrijk vandaar alsnog hele goedr scofe

A atenção, a delicadeza e a gentileza de todos no hotel Cà Bonfadini nos fizeram sentir como se estivéssemos em nossa própria casa. Desde o primeiro instante, sentimos algo muito especial: cada uma das pessoas que trabalham no hotel nos recebeu com um calor humano que nos envolveu como um abraço. A delicadeza no olhar e a atenção dedicada a cada detalhe fizeram com que sentíssemos que estávamos em casa. O encanto de Veneza se multiplicou através deste carinho. É essa presença afetuosa, esse zelo que ultrapassa as paredes do hotel, que guardaremos no coração para sempre. Já estamos planejando o retorno. E ao pensar na próxima visita, sentimos que não será apenas uma viagem, mas um reencontro com pessoas que deixaram…

The accomodation was once a palace and had been beautifully restored and added to. The room was large with a fabulous marble bathroom , shower and powder room. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were welcomed with a bottle of frizzante wine and chocolates which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and contour pillows were available on request. The complimentary breakfast was a standout and one of the best we have ever experienced. All in all a great choice for our stay in beautiful Venice.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Definitely a 5* experience. Lovely staff, great decor, unique room (we were in superior double). Good location. Fantastic breakfast - I had a omelette and it was the best out of all places we have stayed on holiday.

Newly renovated rooms, big marple bathroom, good matresses, nice furnitures. The breakfast buffet is imppressive, the food varity and freshness is extraordinary. Very friendly and supporttive stuff. The associated Dama Restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Hotel San Marco is actually a bit far from the center, but it’s located in a much quieter area, which makes it far more comfortable. If you like, they can call a private water taxi for you right in front of the hotel. The staff, including the gentleman and lady at reception, are incredibly helpful and very kind with everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, and overall, it was a lovely experience.

Staff is amazing, very professional. Extemely clean and up scale place to stay. Can’t say enough about the staff. Would definitely be my first choice to stay again in Venice.

High end, luxury hotel with superior accommodations, friendly staff immediately responsive to requests, outstanding housekeeping services with attention to cleanliness

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff, especially the man with glasses, was rude and dismissive. He made me feel unwelcome, and I couldn’t help but feel his attitude was influenced by either my being a solo female traveler or my appearance. Every time I asked for help, he was unresponsive and unhelpful. The room was small, uncomfortable, and excessively warm. When I asked to lower the air conditioning, he only adjusted it by 1°, which did nothing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall room quality did not justify the price. On my last day, after having my luggage held, I returned and sat in the lobby to wait for my train. The same staff member asked if I needed my bags, acting as if I didn’t belong there. He didn’t offer any hospitality, and I was left feeling uncomfortable. I moved to another part of the hotel to avoid further interaction. Breakfast was poorly managed—half an hour after the scheduled time, the buffet wasn’t ready, and there was no to-go option, unlike other hotels I stayed at in Italy. While the restaurant staff was friendly, the poor service and uncomfortable accommodations made this hotel the worst experience of my trip. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not return.

An Authentic Palace of a Hotel. A true taste of Venezia. Moreno Glass Lobbies and Rooms. Asia and Sebastiano and entire breakfast staff are amazing and accommodating. Clean emaculate room and restaurant. Surely will return. Graci Mille !!
