Manque la climatisation et badge ne fonctionne pas à l’entrée la nuit.

Staff were gracious, generous, informative and helpful. Loved the kitchenette and local market. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable apartment for working remotely. Fans compensated for the lack of AC.

Even with the GPS we have a trouble to find the place

Excellent boutique hotel right in the city center. You are steps away from the Town Square, tons of restaurants, shopping. It's all within a few blocks walk. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing rooms are a bit small, but they are well appointed so you don't feel very cramped. I stayed for 7 days. I enjoyed the Continental breakfast that they offered and enjoyed their Hammam/sauna almost every night. I would definitely go back. The reception staff were outstanding!! A special. thank you to Patrick for all of his assistance. There was also a young lady in the evening but didn't get her name. I traveled with my cat and he especially enjoyed the large window!

Vi har nu varit på resa 1,5 vecka i Frankrike och bott på både 4 stjärniga och 3 stjärniga hotell. Men detta hotell slår alla andra med stor mariginal, det fanns ingenting annat att önska sig, så funderar ni på en vistelse i dessa trakter så boka detta hotell. Kent &Marina

My family had a superb stay. The staff was VERY kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was extremely clean. Great location in walking distance to Starbucks and the train station.

Room was clean and quiet. There is a construction site just in front. This would have to be considered if you want to stay late in bed!

In overal, we were very happy with our choice. Hotel has great location and it's perfect for people who like to explore the France and need to room to have good rest. Room was spacious, for those with the car, the hotel has underground private parking (for €13 per day). The only issues we had was the bed was joined from two single mattres ant it was splitting over the night. However, the mattress was comfortable.

Third time staying here on our way south with children. So easy, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great value all round!

It’s a nice place and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast selections were very good and parking was convenient. My only criticisms are that the bathroom sink had a hair clog that made it drain slowly, and there are no shelves or drawers to keep clothes organized. I also would have like to know that there is a fan in the bow without a handle before I purchased one. The hotel is on the edge of the old city, which is a very scenic area to walk or drive through.

Convenient, good price for location

An excellent hotel / apartment. Room was large, clean, comfortable and excellent facilities. Close to the old town too. One downside was the massive amount of roadworks nearby, but I’m sure they’ll be complete soon..

Idéalement situé pour une découverte de la ville du Mans, cet établissement calme et confortable offre un rapport qualité/prix tout à fait acceptable.

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel très bien situé en coeur de ville, très bonne option de restauration autour de l'hôtel.

Très belle découverte que la chaîne Odalys. Très bon accueil. Bien situé. Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Parking à disposition. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Notre 5ème séjour, toujours beaucoup de calme et un accueil agréable et efficace.

Chambre avec kitchenette très pratique, tout confort, en excellent état et propre. Emplacement de l’hôtel parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Très bon accueil. Astuce : pour laisser la voiture, le parking du palais des congrès à 7 min à pied est idéal, le moins cher de la ville (moins de 20€ les 24h).
