The staff a little friendly not so smiling face, the room Aircon was terrible I ask the reception he was male guy and ask why the remote control show 60 he any how told me this is Fahrenheit but the room was terribly hot I suffer a lot did not sleep well, and also I was running out of toothpaste, I ask the reception lady she told me toothpaste no more even I wanted to buy but she told no more stock. This is the first time I have bad experience in hotel with this type of condition. The hotel is really wear down. This is Malaysia not a poor country to keep the hotel at this condition.

Tekanan air sangat slow, receptionist janji nak tukar towel, kemas bilik, tukar cadar, tapi tak buat, tipu. Kami stay 4 malam

it was great to spend a night.. The room was clean and tidy... aircon and water heater working well... satisfied for all this.

Bilik kotor, katil macam tak diganti, katilnya bila kita tidur kan ada bunyi-bunyinya seperti mau patah.
