Just ok.. the service actually nice. Just not really comfortable in the room because mosquitoes and ants.. the room also old, the equipment looks like can broken anytime.

The room is spacious also the bathroom. I like the room with the nice view. However, there are many mosquitoes and ants in the room, limited food options and too expensive price for restaurant and rooms as well. Not provide trip to Marin Park and has limited activities comparing to other resorts in the area. No iron in the room, coffee cup also not suitable, room service also bad and not available all the time. I asked for extra water bottles but they rejected my request. Food not available after 9 pm.

This hotel has a good view but the time is not right when we arrived there because no wifi and tv channel. Supposedly they give a discount or something like meal voucher

หาดสวยงามอยู่ด้านหน้าโรงแรม เดินจากห้องพักก็ใกล้ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีห้องนอน ห้องเก็บอุปกรณ์รีดผ้า ร่ม ที่แขวนผ้าและตู้นิรภัย มีมุมห้องวางโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งขนาดใหญ่ ห้องน้ำกว้างมาก มีอ่างอาบน้ำและห้องฝักบัวกระจก ห้องสุขามีประตูไม้ปิด แต่ทุกอย่างจะเก่า มีระเบียงวิวสระน้ำด้านหลังโรงแรม ติดภูเขามองเห็นต้นไม้ขนาดใหญ่ มีเก้าอี้นอนชมวิวและชุดเก้าอี้หวายและราวตากผ้า ในห้องมีชุดชาสวยงาม มีชาจากคาเมรอน กาแฟ เตียงนอนใหญ่มาก ไปกันสองคน สองเตียงสามารถนอนได้สองคนสบาย เลือกเดินทางวันธรรมดา เจอแขกที่มาพักที่โรงแรมไม่หนาแน่นเกิน อาหารเช้าแบบสากลทั่วไป พิเศษและอร่อยมากคือ โรตีและแกงรสชาติดี ต้องลอง มีหมี่ผัด ก๋วยเตี๋ยวผัด รสชาติจัดจ้าน,ข้าวผัดและแฮมเนื้อ พนักงานสามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี มีอัธยาศัยดี มีเรือไปรับที่ท่าเรือเมรังแต่จ่ายเพิ่มคนละ 55 ริงกิต ใช้เวลา 1 ชั่วโมงจากท่าเรือก็ถึงท่าเรือเกาะเรดังและนั่งรอสักครู่ก็มีรถลากมารับไปส่งที่โรงแรม เรามาถึงโรงแรมเที่ยวเช้าสุด 8 โมงและถึงโรงแรม 9 โมงเช้าสามารถเช็คอินได้เลย ปกติเช็คอินบ่าย 3 เราพัก 2 คืน วิวพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นอยู่ด้านหน้าโรงแรมสวยมากนะ กลางวันที่นี่แสงแดดแรงน้ำทะเลสวยแต่มีลมพัดสบาย ยามเย็นและเช้าตรู่แสงสวยน่าเดินเท้าเปล่ามาก ประทับใจกับการพักที่นี่มาก มีกิจกรรมดำน้ำ,พาไปดูเต่าและข้ามไปเที่ยวเกาะเปอร์เฮนเตียนได้ ค่าใช้จ่ายบนเกาะพวกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม กิจกรรมดำน้ำ,เช่าอุปกรณ์ดำน้ำราคาจะสูงทีเดียว ต้องเตรียมเงินสดมาให้พอดี ที่เกาะนี้ไม่ทีตูเอทีเอ็มนะ บรรยากาศบนเกาะเรดังจะเงียบสงบ ไม่มีการขายเครื่องดื่มมึนเมา แต่มีม็อกเทลขายบ้าง

The 4 star award is wrongly rated. The sari pacifica 2019 is under new management and they just took over months ago from previous owner. I would say everything must be refurbish because the resort look like not well maintained. They are not well organized so everything looks like chaos when others guests complaining too. The resort charged you with a very high price and you just getting a 1 star service. Plus welcoming the guest with the terrible transport (old van) is not they way we should start our holiday. Front desk staff is very professional and calm but I think they should hire more staff and make the resort manager to always assist the guest. The hotel compound is well maintain but wait until you see the room and surely is not for honeymoon couple.

Perabot sudah perlu ditukar, keadaan sudah agak lama, bilik mandi agak kusam disebabkan tile lama dan pili tap sudah berkarat.

Sangat puas hati, makanan sedap, tempat selesa, recommended.

Considered a luxury resort in Redang Island. The service from the front desk and staffs was good! But sadly to say the bathroom equipment and facilities were poorly maintained. Everything was rusted and it looks really bad and dirty. The food wise there’s limited choice where there’s only buffet choice for dinner and lunch and it didn’t look appealing as the place and the cutlery look really unhygienic.

Everything is good staffs friendly and I will come back again and stay here

The hotel obviously needs some maintenance, breakfast can have more choices. But overall, I am satisfied with the accommodation, I particularly like the swimming pool.

All their hotel staff are friendly especially Nana (front office).. Mr Bala (bellman) , Mr Allan (pool bar), Mr Saiful (restaurant) the mandarin speaker volunteer (didnt get her name) , dive centre team and the rest of the team.. including the housekeeping attendees were giving their best to serve us.. will stay in Sari Pacifica again in future.. thank you for your kind service and hospitality.. with love, Guest H62

Experience is good but resort is old hope to refurbish. there's only 1 small truck to transport passengers to hotel so have to want multiple rounds for our turn at Laguna jetty
