Good hotel in a great position to the airport. Little misunderstanding with the shuttle pick up.

We stayed overnight and as our flight was not till late the next evening, we were able to keep our room all day for an extra 1000 BHT. Staff, food, drinks, pool, and room all excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything is perfect. The rooms are excellent, the staff is also good, just they didn't know much to speak in English.

Our trip was nice and relaxing, but be warned, very little English is spoken, which led to us receiving wrong orders on food, and the resort is pretty far away from everything and it's quite expensive (food, drinks, etc.) compared to off the resort prices. If you plan on just staying on the resort and relaxing, it's an excellent place, but if you are looking to adventure around Bangkok, then this is definitely not the place for you.

The staffs were very hard to reach and unacommodating.
