Customer service tak mesra.. Sibuk dengan phone.. Cawan n dulang berhabuk.. Katil berhabuk.. Almari berhabuk.

The hotel side didn't return my deposit 50 MYR. Due to they insist have passed the money to me. I requested to check with staff worked at the time and also check the CCTV Camera. Camera seems didn't have good angle and staff insisted already passed the money. So I lost my deposit money. This is not about the money, but how the hotel threat the customer. It was very disappointing.
