I was waiting quite long for the guy to hand me the room key. There is no information about deposit in the description. I need to pay deposit RM100 upon check in and I need to ask for the management to return my deposit at 5pm after check out at 10am.

Breathtaking view. Easy parking, lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance but cleaning fees charge separately. Overall perfect.

Their is no wifi provided. When ask the property they said they just provided for duplex and 1 bed room only🙄 and the mobile network connection was bad. The property should aware all this instead became a calculative host

1) check in ambil masa yang lama. line hp tiada semasa di lobby area parking . in charge person tak follow up. no yang di beri salah. no rumah di cameron highlands. bukan di cyberjaya. 2) getah paip bawah sinki bocor. nasib baik dapat tukar bilik yang lain 3) swimming pool tak mesra kanak2. bahagian tangga area kanak2 dengan dewasa tiada penghadang. bahaya. anak saya hampir lemas. 4) bilik berbau busuk 5) peralatan memasak tidak lengkap. sabun cuci pinggan mangkuk tidak disediakan. tiada 3 in 1 di sediakan. tuala hanya diberi 2 helai sahaja. (bilik untuk 4 orang) 6) TV tak banyak channel.
