The water didn’t work no way to shower or brush teeth wasn’t told until we arrived but made the best of it the man who stays on the property was helpful and did his best to make sure we had what we needed but again no running water is a big deal

A decent place to stay, not fancy but has all the basic necessities. Good air conditioning, secure parking and a nice patio. Easy to find and fairly close to the airport. Was good value for the cost. James was a really nice host.

We were there for just one night to be close to the airport. Mr. Moss was an exceptional host. He helped us find fantastic food for dinner and breakfast. We are looking forward staying there again.

James was a very polite and a gracious host. He showed us around the property and gave us some very useful info about were to eat and the things to see around Ladyville. He has equipped the 2 bedroom apartment extremely well. Just basically need your clothes and yourself for a quiet relaxing stay. We felt extremely safe on his property and walking the town. The pool and palapa in the back yard was an added bonus. We wished we could have spent more time back there but we can't control the weather! I would highly recommend his place as it is very close to the airport and any excursions can be handled easily from his place. The views from the large balcony were beautiful as well giving us extra space to sun ourselves. 2 couples have more than enough room!

I cant say enough about James ( audrey was not there during our stay). James communicated very wel prior to our arrival. We stayed one night and wanted domething close to airport as we were flying to Dangriga the next day. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us around on the property. We got in around 4 pm and since his house is not located near a restaurant or shops, he volunteered to take us to asupermarket to get some groceries. How nice of him to go out of the way to accomodate us. And it wasnt any supermarket, probably one of the best in Belize. We liked the apartment. Had all the amenities needed and we felt very welcomed and safe. We left the next morning after breakfast. Will definitely recommend James and Audreys condo

This property was very quiet and within about 15 minutes drive from the airport. James was very communicative and told us lots about the history of the area and his personal history, which we appreciated. Concerns were that interior doors didn't open all the way, the dish sponge was very old, the refrigerator dispensed water very slowly and I wondered if we should be drinking it, the listing had shown a washer and dryer (which was most probably in the owner's house) and the valve on the shower made adjusting the temperature difficult. Relatively the issues were minor as it was so nice to have an air conditioned space to escape the mosquitos.

Our host James was very friendly and helpful. We liked the cleanliness of the house and it's quiet and safe neighborhood.

This was our first timing visiting Belize and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The property was beautiful, quiet and clean. Our host was very friendly and knowledgeable about anything we asked. The condo is very cozy and has everything you need to feel right at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here our first night of our Honeymoon. Beautiful place with your own private balcony. The owner even hooked us up with someone "KenShan Tours" to pick us up at the airport, take us to dinner, and then take us to the ferry where we stayed on Caye Caulker for the rest of the week. Highly recommend this place for your adventure in Belize.

Our GPS couldn't find the property. We ended up asking someone in town. But, it is great location for using the airport!

Close to airport. Clean, has everything needed. Price reasonable.

The place was hard to find, and once we found it, we became very nervous about staying there. The parking did not look secure for the area. We contacted the property to cancel, but they would not work with us for a refund. We booked through Expedia, and they did not help either. We ended up staying at the global hotel closer to the airport.

The host accommodated me even though my flight in was after the listed check in time on the site. He also arranged for my transportation to the property. The condo was very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and you could even smell the cleanliness of the unit and the sheets. Being a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and secure.

This isn't in a Condo community - it's a nice 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd story of a house. The unit has everything you need. Great location near the airport. Perfect place to be your launch pad for inland travels in Belize.

Host was extremely easy to communicate with and assisted us with ordering food and a taxi.
