Property was perfect sized for a couple. The dining table had plenty of room and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to eat or have a takeaway. We had a car which was not easy to park locally as most spaces are permit. We were told on day 2 that there was a space we could use but there was someone else already parked there. Communication was clear albeit a little slow but we muddled through. The sauna off the bathroom was lovely to use though we couldnt work it initially. The TV did not work at all. Blinds were good enabling us to sleep when daylight was so long (end of May) but the balcony did not feel like a place we wanted to sit out. Overall, the property was ok and value for what we paid.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal am Bahnhof gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Die Kommunikation ist etwas schwierig, da auf Anfragen nicht reagiert wird. Die Informationen zum Check-In kommen aber pünktlich am Anreisetag mit allem was man benötigt. Das Appartement hat zwei Zugangstüren. Die äußere Tür haben wir nie geschafft abzuschließen. Die innere Tür ging dagegen problemlos. Die Sauna ist perfekt um nach einem kalten Tag abzuschalten.

Die Nähe zur City und zum Bahnhof. Bus zum Weihnachtsmanndorf und zum Flughafen gingen gegenüber am Bahnhof ab. Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden und gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rovaniemi

El alojamiento está muy limpio y bien situado . Es tranquilo y de fácil acceso. También tiene cocina equipada con horno , microondas y lavavajillas. Totalmente recomendable

Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung ausgesucht, weil sie halbwegs bezahlbar war. Dafür liegt sie ein Stück außerhalb des Zentrums. Spaziergang also inklusive. Der Wohnungsschlüssel ist neben der Tür in einer Schließbox. Den Code hatten wir zuvor erhalten. Alles gut gelaufen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Sauna ist in Finnland obligatorisch. Für zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind war die Größe auch ok. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof war es erstaunlich ruhig. Pluspunkt für Raucher: der Balkon. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten, die Wohnungstür bei Verlassen der Wohnung abzuschließen. Der Schlüssel ist tatsächlich nur zum Aufschließen. Nach einigen Tricksen hat auch das Abschließen funktioniert. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt in Rovaniemi sehr genossen.

Good location, terrible communication. Don’t try to send them a message (WhatsApp, email, etc) because no one will care enough to respond. You will have to call them directly!

Excellent location, fantastic transport links, on the edge of the city centre so not right in the busy middle but still in easy walking distance. Well maintained, excellent condition, plenty of information provided on location regarding local services, activities etc.

A lányunkat voltunk meglátogatni Rovaniemi be. Aki fél évig ott tanul. A szállás nagyon jó ❤️.Nagyon hangulatos, tiszta és kényelmes. Autóval könyen el lehet jutni mindenhová. Nagyon szép kis város. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. 5 csillagból 6. Köszönünk mindent, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.Szép élménnyel távozunk.

Siisti kaksio ja hyvin varusteltu keittiötila. Sopii erityisesti iltajunalla tulijalle kun on lähellä juna-asemaa ja Lapin matkailukohteiden bussit lähtee rautatieasemalta. Kävelymatkan päässä ydinkeskustasta.
