Wonderful room for spending the night, with a nice clean bathroom, and high quality wifi. We did notice the lack of a microwave in the kitchen, which made it great for breakfast, but lacking for re-heating leftovers. This is not the Ritz, but given the price point, I was impressed with how nice the space was.

This was a very simple accommodation but perfect for the price and my needs. It's the McGill Ghetto and staying on a first floor apartment can be loud. If you mind it, I suggest requesting a different location. The owner's were very communicative and very easy to work with.

Uncomfortable couch “futon” covered with stains. No sheets. Dirty towels left in bathroom. No toaster or microwave in kitchen. Cockroaches in sink, kitchen counter, and on table at night. Pros: free Netflix.
