Very ease to gain entrance to my apartment without any need for anyone to assist.

The cleanliness was very disappointing as the washroom was not cleaned, the shower not cleaned and the floors not vacuumed nor washed prior to our arrival. The couch in the sitting room was badly ripped and covered with a small blanket to cover the very worn out areas. One cupboard door was totally missing and another about to fall off! The room was not ready upon our 3:00 arrival time as well. This could be a nice spot if someone just cared enough to clean it and repair some obvious items.

Great location! Easy to access the property as well as all the services just steps away. The space is very clean and bright...almost too bright and white and could use a little warmth of character as it is quite stark. It was extremely clean and had everything I needed. I definitely would rebook to stay there again. Good value.

Excellent. Property manager(s) were easy to reach and highly responsive.
