Excellent service all around.

Staff were friendly, room & hotel very clean! Only issue was cheap toilet paper! Also buffet breakfast on from 6-8:30, not always good if you want a sleep in.

Breakfast was not as advertised. Bag breakfast instead of continental breakfast and it seemed like the reason given (dining room under renovations) was not accurate.. Key cards stopped working an hour prior to checkout. The rest of the stay was pleasant and the underground parking was great

Stayed at the Pomeroy due to work in the Fort McMurray area. The hotel was clean and the lobby was inviting. The staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately their website advertises that each room and suite has a microwave in it but once I checked-in was told that I had to use the microwave behind the front counter. Once I told them and showed them that their website advertised the microwave in the room, I was upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately the suite was beside the elevator so there was a constant hum in the room. I did stay in the suite, as the microwave was more important to me. I know that the microwave seems like a small thing, but as a field worker, I work long hours and purposely bring meals to warm up so that I don't have to eat out all the time. Maybe this hotel would be good for people that don't eat in, but unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations.

It was a great experience and very comfortable.

The original room provided 410 did not have a microwave so requested for it and they moved me to 517 which did not have windows that could be opened. They advised they are fully booked and canno9t move. The room aircon was very noisy. The hot breakfast is good, staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

Staff are wonderful and rooms are new and clean and big. Could have more comfortable beds and encourage the staff to check baseboards!
