Brand new, clean and cute! Lobby is pretty bare but its new and Im sure they will eventually decorate.

Really nice rooms

The area was not the best and there was limited amenities within walking distance. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you have young children as the rooms are not soundproof and there are no kid-friendly amenities or activities at the hotel.

When we approached the hotel it still looked like it was under construction. We then noticed some homeless in front of the hotel. Once we checked in, we realized it had probably just opened April 1st. There was still construction dust all over the room and bathroom. Laminate pieces in the bathroom. Will not be returning

We enjoyed stay just great new everything. Set up around bed not great for cpap machine .. good thing we had extension cord. But we loved the new hotel and they gave us a Tim card for coffee when we stayed as their breakfast setup wasn’t complete yet.

The staff service was excellent. Prompt anc responsive to needs. Room is very clean

It was clean but I didn’t like being in front of the elevator.

The hotel was good overall. The room was very nice and modern with a comfortable bed. There was hair on the shower wall so maybe cleaning could be a little better. The street noise was loud but it finally did get better by about 11 pm. The main front doors lock at 8 pm - maybe due to the area. The area seemed older with limited dining options. Overall I would stay here again as the price was good and it was handy to Highway 16.

Rooms are not functional for long stays

Fully renovated property but the term 'polishing a turd' comes to mind. Very poorly renovated. Baseboards falling off walls, flooring uneven and squeaking. Hallway floors felt spongy like they put carpet over rotten boards. No gym, no breakfast room, no pool. Had the feeling as though it will be a dive hotel in a year or two. Not impressed.

For being in such a dive part of the city this place has been beautifully renovated. Would definitely stay here again, staff was polite and welcoming.
