Cons: First the management offered to send a taxi for us to the airport. I “thought” that the amount was 50 soles not 50 dollars which is 3x the price that you would pay with an Uber. They said it was because they offered safety. Not sure I buy that... Then when we came to the apt, they were not done cleaning it. It felt like they were kicking out someone that was staying there... awkward! Next, no hot water in the kitchen to do dishes and the kitchen was sticky. Not sure if that was from the cleaning products or not. No towels or cleaning products in the kitchen to clean up after yourself or do dishes. There were bath towels but nothing else. No rugs, no hand towels in any of the bathrooms and even though it said no smoking on the description it was very apparent that someone had been smoking in both of the bathrooms. Pros: There was hot water in the showers, not much but there was. There are plenty of beds and the building felt safe with the door man and the locking front gate and doors. It was pretty close to the main plaza at Mira Florez which was nice and the shops close by are good for supplies when you need them.
