I stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean the place. The air conditioner was broken and the curtains were torn. The bed was comfortable and they provided bottled water, which was nice. However, it seemed like the facilities were not properly managed. And you have to pay separately for breakfast at the hotel across the street, but it's expensive and poor quality, so don't eat it. It's a waste of money. The pillow is uncomfortable

Hassle free environment

Quite basic, but includes everything necessary for a short stay. Disturbing noises during night caused probably by ventilation. Quite unattractive area / surroundings at a busy junction next to a public parking lot, but otherwise located in residential low rise neighbourhood, certainly not a city environment. Quite remote from city centre. However, staff was very professional and helpful. Practical for a one night stay.

Free parking is right in front of the hotel. There’s no reception in but a kiosk which can be used to check-in check-out. If you have special requests (in my case early check-in) please contact the reception which is available in the luxury hotel on the other side of street. Our room was super clean, everything was new and our bed and shower were just great. Negatives: Don’t expect to find any staff around the property in case of emergency but there’s a phone you can use to to contact reception which is physically not available in the property. Breakfast is not a served even with surcharge but you can use the hotel across the street for breakfast and sauna I believe. Great value though.

Využili jsme ubytování ve 4Smart na Nový rok. Překvapila nás nízká cena bez silvestrovské přirážky. Pokoj opravdu odpovídal fotkám na webu. Krásný, útulný a čistý pokoj, vybavený mimo jiné i malinkou lednicí a obrovskou televizí. Postele měly vysoké a velice pohodlné matrace ze kterých se nám nechtělo ani vstávat. Co bych možná vytkl, byl samotný check-in. Bylo by možná za potřebí lepších informací, že hotel má recepci jinde, než je samotné ubytování - naproti přes ulici ve vnitrobloku vedle vstupu do casina. Není to problém, ale trochu nás to zmátlo.

There is no reception at this motel. The automatic check-in machine was broken. Guests has to walk 3 minutes to a nearby hotel to check in. Not very convenient. You also have to go there to check out and get your deposit back. I can not recommend this motel to anyone at all. It is 45 minutes walk from the main square.

Super hotýlek na přespání za dobrou cenu. Jedinou pižkou na kráse byl na recepci domluvený pozdější check-out (o 3/4 hodiny), který ale nikomu slečna nenahlásila ani nezaznamenala, takže mě stejně vyháněli v deset.

Relativně nová budova a moderně zařízené pokoje s velkou koupelnou a sprchou. Nevýhodou je osobní check-in i check-out v hotelu Theatre přes ulici, kde je jeden přechod s čekáním okolo 5 minut. Před hotelem je rušná cesta, ale klimatizace v hotelu funguje. Minibar je prázdný, ale máte dobrou vodu zdarma. Doporučuji zavést samostatný check-in a check-out a dát na pokoj více informací ke službám Theatre hotelu. Mohu si objednat wellness? Za kolik? Minibar by také nemusel být prázdný. Chybí koš na plasty a papír.

This new hotel is on the tram line on a busy road. But with the good Air Conditioning you can close the window and sleep well. Small room with super good bed and luxurious bathroom. Very new and nice. Parking no problem. Check in across the street.
