Great service from the staff, very friendly,helpful and welcoming! Apartment 4 was large with great kitchen and huge bathroom! Enjoyable stay and would recommend for all types of guests.

Rooms were basic but perfectly functional and spotlessly clean. location is perfect, very close to city centre and a short walk from Mustek and Muzeum underground stations.

Really nice accommodation even though has no elevator. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. There was a slight water leak came out from shower enclosures so I stuffed the leak with a towel. We loved the location by Wenceslas Square, very close to all the attractions in Prague. Great restaurants nearby. Smečky 14 was a great host! Very easy to contact and helpful.

The apartament was spacious, clean and neat, we were warmly welcomed and we're very satisfied with the communication. Overall the accomodation is great and a has an enviable collocation, I would only suggest to add a few more kitchen utensils and supplies.

Just a few minutes from Wenceslas Square, the appartment is in a well, run former residence. We stayed in appartment 7 which was on the 2nd floor and was spotless. So much so the wondered if we were the 1st ppl to use it. Basic cooking equipment is provided. Very impressed. We will stay there again if we visit Prague in the future.

Simple but perfect for a stay in Prague… 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square, very quiet, had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and accommodated our request for early check in. Bali Coffee a few steps down the street was delicious, and we loved the little pub nextdoor. Great stay!

Гостиница находится в центре города, на улице без общественного транспорта и с односторонним движением. Улица тихая, но в самом номере очень высокая слышимость между этажами. Номера хорошо отремонтированны и чистые. Матрасы и подушки не удобные. Персонал очень приветливый, но нет постоянного представительства. Не хватает стиральной машины и духовой печи. В остальном на кухне есть достаточно приборов. Соотношение цена качество хорошее.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu - blisko do dworca kolejowego i atrakcji turystycznych. Mimo metra zaledwie 2min od apartamentu, wszędzie chodziliśmy na piechotę. Apartament przestronny, wyposarzony we wszytsko czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt. Bardzo czysty i zadbany, miła obsługa. Jeśli będę się znów wybierać do Pragi, z przyjemnością tu wrócę. :)

We found the location super convenient to the 'main drag' used to access the old part of town, and an interesting area and street. The communication with staff was good, and all questions were answered. A slight piece of confusion by my car navigator caused about a 5 min delay in finding the location, which is actually closer to the main street. Regarding the premises, the apartments surround an inner courtyard which is open to the area, and charming flowers are on the inner balconies. We were on the third floor, walkup only. We visited during a warmish spell, and a helpful fan was already in the apartment. The kitchen and the bathroom were roomy and comfortable. The refrigerator was large and able to accommodate snacks and drinks. I would return for another stay. The parking garage was also a 7-10 min walk away - warning - not for large vehicles (we were happy we have a compact SUV). The price for parking was very reasonable at the garage. The metro station is also a very quick walk away from the apartment, and would be easily accessible to the main train station as well as other areas of town. I give this location a 'two thumbs up'.
