I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. The facilities and room were clean and it showed a traditional Moroccan style in detail. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as to my surprise, I tasted one of the best yogurt. However, it would be better if they could deliver the breakfast quicker. I was in a rush but it seems most of the guests needed to wait for more than 30 mins for the breakfast. Some staff could not speak basic English so it had a hard time communicating the needs at first. There can be some random strangers in the street at night. Remember not to follow them even they tried to sell you or claim to know the boss of this hotel.

Nice courtyard and good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel and it was good. The bathroom door in our room is low. It would be better to have some padding.

Good communication with the Riad. Unfortunately showing some age but really well kept all things considered. Could be cleaner imo. All in all, it was fine, wouldn't mind staying there again but wouldn't go out of my way to go back. It is very pretty though!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location in the Medina was convenient, the staff was very accommodating and the descriptions did match our experience.

Ali at reception not only picked us up from the cab stop , but checked us in and even served food with a smile

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Alassala in Fes. We went as a group 8 people including kids and everything was perfect. The place in a quiet street around Fes Medina. Staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. They prepared earlier breakfast for us to take along our day trip upon request, ironed clothes as well when needed. I highly recommend staying at this Riad.

The hotel and staff were really nice. The staff were very helpful to me and printed my boarding pass. I cant recommend them enough i felt so welcome. The actual hotel is beautiful inside. There is a view from the rooftop which gets the sun. The view faces east away from the main city but is pretty enough. The only downside is its quite hard to find and the medina felt a little unsafe for foreigner travelling alone. I think if I was with a friend this might not have been an issue so much. I don't want to put people off too much as it was a very nice hotel and good price. Just be aware of the area, the medina of Fez is very authentic but it has downsides.

Riad bem localizado. Proximo entradas Medina. Lindo, bem decorado. Tem um bom restaurante. Nos hosoedamos num quarto um pouco frio, co siderando o inverno.

Excellent location to all top attractions while quiet and away from all the crowd.

We loved the property and the staff, but we did not like the room where we stayed. I understand how Riad is made, but still, the design of these rooms induces claustrophobia and is simply a waste of space inside the room.

This Riad is charming and an oasis in the commotion of Fes. You’re not in the heart of the Medina but an easy walk to get there. This means it is much more quiet. The rooftop view is expansive. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the delicious food. It was a great choice!

This Riyadh was absolutely breathtaking. Everything about it was perfect. Absolutely no complaints. Mohamad and Ali were phenomenal. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful courtyard. Staff was very kind and made sure we are comfortable during our stay. The room was dark and a bit crammed. Otherwise it was decent.

Our recent stay at Riad Alassala, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our family ( including my elderly mother) feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions, which was very helpful.
