Clean room, excellent bathroom facilities and very helpful staff.

The stay was very comfortable. the room was clean. The in room dining was quick and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and polite. The reception staff was very courteous especially the 'Afreen' THIS GIRL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. tHE BUFFET AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS TOO GOOD!

Very good location. Excellent Service. Helped us by keeping the luggage after we checked out since the flight was 10 hrs later. Recommended by a professsional person. One glare: luggage storage , not cool.

Clean and spacious room, hospitable staffs, good access to the airport. If there were more of non veg or Asian food options for breakfast, that’d be great for me personally.

For the price we paid for the room, it’s very small. Staff is very polite and room is maintained clean and tidy.

The staff was really helpful especially saloni who assisted with my items which I left in my room. The stay was very pleasant.

The rooms and service was fantastic, had to appreciate Mr.Saurabh for helping us with the stay and our requests. The hotel had well equipped gym and swimming pool and the connectivity with metro was a bonus.

Très belle grande chambre confortable, mais impossible de tirer la chasse d'eau de la toilette durant la nuit. Pas d'eau pour faire partir le contenu du bol de toilette alors qu'on a été malade durant la nuit. Pas assez de papier de toilette. De plus des moustiques nous ont piqué les bras durant la nuit.

Hotel needs a thorough cleaning everywhere including bathrooms in rooms. It is the issue with few f the hotels in Mumbai.

Check in took 1 hour and the hotel falsely advertise the Business room that has 1 King bed and 1 Twin Bed … but no kind of such setting exist and kid has to sleep on the floor

I had a wonderful stay here from the moment the delightful Salina or Salona (sorry) checked me in, super friendly lovely welcoming smile to the moment I left. Lovely food with such lovely helpful friendly staff in the restaurant. Great gym plus manicured pedicures etc in the spa performed so well by Tara and 2 women from Sikkim (sorry again I got your names but I can’t remember them) but you were all lovely Thank you
