房間舒適，有氣派！服務亦不錯，唯獨是沒有機械人送餐服務及電視不是智能，略為差一點

酒店內設施，房間和酒店服務員都十分好。還有周邊的環境也有得多餐廳和步行區，總體來說非常舒適。

第一次來杭州家庭旅遊，因之前入住泰國Kempinski感覺後好，得知杭州Kempinski剛開業不久，特意來住幾天試試。 酒店大堂精致，但較小。Check-in時前台服務員表情很木納，沒有笑容。 房間潔淨，但浴缸設在大床隔壁，設計不方便住客使用，因每次用後房間地板會很濕。 大堂吧設計優美，但有些地板看起來已很陳舊，不像只開業一個多月的酒店。 早餐不錯，很多選擇。感覺自助晚餐應該也不錯(因已安排很程，這次沒品嘗) 。 泳池是最好的一環，但住客要穿過餐廳才能去到，不方便。 因酒店位置在滴滴上有誤差，每次用滴滴叫車都要找hotel concierge幫忙。 前台服務是比較差的一環，希望只是個別員工問題。在此感謝前廳部經理處理。 整體感覺，酒店不錯，但服務上個別員工有待改進。

Overall decoration is chic and room is spacious, with view of the canal, staff is helpful, buffet breadfast is great! The disadvantage is not all the facilities available, e.g. swimming pool

There was one night where people were smoking in a non smoking room accross from my room

Lovely room with super soft bathrobes and we liked so much we have bought one for home. Staffs were helpful and efficient and they kindly extended our check out time to take into account our late flight. The hotel is just by the side of the Grand Canal with a shopping center, plenty restaurants literally outside and metro was a short walk away. Brilliant stay and can’t fault it at all.

Amazing healthy selection of breakfast and there's a tea bar with a wide variety of local teas. Room had a beautiful canal view, spacious and modern amenities. The gym was very well equipped and that is a plus point.

Great place to stay. Great location too. Will revisit if I travel to Hangzhou

Wonderful hotel everything in top notch condition brand new highly recommend. Bellboy Yann was very helpful and friendly

3 days stayed in this hotel. Concierge Mr Yann who helps me booked train ticket since I am a foreigner. Yann is very helpful. He helps me buy train ticket, reminding me to be on time before train departure and ensure I arrive safely and without any issue. He really care about his hotel guest. I really impress with his attitude and service. Will recommend this hotel

Nice hotel near grand canal

Flott standard på rom og generelt god beliggenhet i Hangzhou. God hjelp på både kinesisk og engelsk.

Great Location as it is next to the shopping center. The canal can be seen from the room. The big windows make the room bright and pleasant.
