The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again.

Frühstück war gut. Leider sind die Schlafzimmervorhänge unpassend und lassen viel Licht durch. Der Föhn in Bad ist sehr schwach.

Super Hotel!

Staff was not helpful at all (uncaring, formal, bare necessities). Breakfast buffet was good but again customer service was lacking. Room okay. Bed okay. Shower (tiny) wasn’t working. Wouldn’t stay again. Don’t recommend.

Väldigt fräscht och fint, mkt sköna sängar. Fantastisk frukost med ett stort utbud så alla kan bli mätta, p-garage i källaren som vi fick ställa mc:n 👍👍

A very pleasant and tastefully decorated hotel that is easy to reach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was delicious with generous portions. The room was clean and well maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
