Excelente opción para quedarse y conocer a personas de distintos lugares

Vi havde et privat room men vores værrelse lå tættest op af hotellets bar hvor der var musik hver aften. Derudover kommer folk hjem kl 04 om morgenen og stod og snakkede ude på gangene. Der var virkelig dårlig isolering og der var luft under døren så intet lyd blev holdt ude. Vi fik stort set ikke sovet de 4 dage vi var der.

Nice shape and great value. Lots of activities arranged and distributed through whatsapp. I rented a scooter and loved getting to see tulum broadly. Convenient location. Breakfast a little meh, but still give 5 stars overall

They are willing to help with absolutely everything and go above and beyond to make you feel like family and have an amazing time. The vibes are incredible, the room is spotlessly clean, the space is well taken care of, fantastic activities and tours too. Special shoutouts to Emmanuel, Salvador, Andres, Brian, Sandy Gomez, and above all Ignacio for their kindness and hospitality! Would go back again and again and recommend to my friends!!

Yövyin huoneessa jossa oli 12 petiä ja huone oli todella siisti! Allastila / hotellin klubi oli myös upea ja täällä oli kivaa tekemistä! Pidin erityisesti salsatunnista ja sen seurauksena syntyneet bileet olivat kivat! Mahdollisuus vuokrata pyörä on myös kiva ominaisuus. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa! Voisin tulla uudestaankin, jos joskus tulen uudestaan Tulumiin

Great hostel overall. Clean, great staff, great activities, very good rooms, I would definitely stay here again.

It’s nice for what it is. The rooms aren’t air conditioned and my towel disappeared multiple times. I think it’s well run and a good pace to meet people.

Lo bueno: Habitación limpia, cama y almohadas cómodas. Por unos pesos más en Expedia te incluyen el desayuno, además el menú tiene buena variedad de platillos. El personal es muy atento y amigable; los chicos de recepción te explican las actividades programadas durante tu estancia y te invitan a un grupo de WhatsApp donde publican las actividades del hotel. A considerar: Si lo que buscas es descansar, este no es el hotel indicado, ya que hay música desde las 10:30 a.m. y por las noches suelen subir el volumen hasta la 1 o 2 a.m. Hay mucho tránsito de personas cerca de las habitaciones, por lo que se genera bastante ruido y se escuchan las conversaciones de quienes están afuera. No cuenta con estacionamiento; el vehículo debe dejarse fuera del hotel y el espacio que hay disponible es muy limitado.

The property is really nice with pool, bar and kitchen all separated from the rooms. It helps when you want to relax as there’s literally no sound that you can hear from the party outside. The dorms were almost clean and they provide fresh towels anytime you need.

Eco flex shuttle from airport did not have my booking even though I paid via the Mayan monkey website and received a booking confirmation and funds were paid. I arranged w eco flex in person once arrived anyway since he staff there viewed the email confirmation from my phone and still arranged a prompt shuttle. Thanks to Roy at eco flex! I ended up booking directly with them for my return shuttle and it was cheaper than the hostel so still worked out. My king size private room had a leaking a/c unit for two nights before they moved me to a new room, which didn’t leak but had a water stain in the exact place the old one had leaked….so seems like the leaky units are common. The drinks and food were ok on site but limited options. I still ventured off site for novel and cheaper meals. I’m in my 40s and still managed to make great connections with other guests however I found the social events and vibe repetitive after only a few nights. Off site excursions were good but also somewhat confusing to arrange/bookings were made at front desk but sometimes confirmations were not provided to the visiting attraction or too many processes in preparation. I stayed in Tulum, I heard from others the Cancun location is even worse so I won’t bother visiting any other locations given the price of my private room could have been the same but with better service and quality at any other local hotel.

The vibe of the place and getting to meet different people travelling. The property has a weekly plan and makes sure there social events to keep everyone entertained. Loved the energy of the place and the memories I made.
