Muy buen servicio habitación limpia y personal amable

El lugar esta muy céntrico, muy cerca de terminal Ado. en la avén. principal, muy fácil de moverse, los taxis colectivos están casi enfrente para ir casi a cualquier lugar. En la zona hay muchos lugares turístico, mucho donde comer. El hotel esta muy localizarle, habitación con buen espacio, cama muy cómoda, el aire funciona bien. La alberca limpia con temperatura ambiente. El personal muy amable, en la recepción cuenta sala cómoda, hay café y te. El área del comedor es espaciosa.

The location was central and was within. walking distance of restaurants and bars and near the ADO bus stop.

Nice and close to bus depot and lots of restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly! Only complaint, I wish it would have had a ceiling fan instead of having to use the air conditioner!

No hay estacionamiento como se menciona, solo hay banqueta afuera y si corres con suerte encuentras lugar cerca, enfrente o a los alrededores. De lo demás está céntrico a un lado de ADO y tienes cerca todo. El personal en su mayoría amable.

We stayed here for two nights and had a very nice time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building was very cool and next door was an amazing restaurant with great tacos and gringas. The location was awesome, walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We were a little worried leaving our bag in the luggage storage because it seemed a bit unsecure but in the end it was fine. 10/10 would stay there again.

Todo bien, muy buena ubicación, si vas a zamna festival te queda perfecto, las vans que te llevan salen enfrente y de regreso te dejan casi enfrente del hotel, muy limpio, tranquilo sin ruido, y empleados muy amable

La atención de la recepcionista en el registro fue muy amable, las camas están terribles, duermes sobre resortes, el área de la albarca está bonita y la ubicación genial.

Limpia tranquila y la ubicación perfecta

When I checked in, no one asked if it was OK if I was on the second floor I just had a knee replacement and had a very difficult time walking up and down to the second floor. The power went out. No one checked on me at all to see if I was OK. I came down to the lobby and I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to the desk.

Excelente ubicación un trato bueno y excelente piscina.
