We are welcome by the hotel manager the minute our taxi pulled off the road. He quickly took our bags and treated us like queens. The restaurant up top is beautiful the staff was lovely. The downtown area yeah by the port was walkable and just delightful for a glass of wine to seal the evening. We loved it

It is a beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful views of the coastline. Immaculate, modern and efficient with polite and accomodating staff. The location is convenient to the harbor of Pireaus and not far from Athens. It is also very walkable to great taverns by the sea and small ports such as Microlimano and Pasalimani. Highly recommend.

They came out to meet us and helped us into our room. The restaurant was also very good. The property is very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Staff amazing and helpful over all

The location, service and staff was great. Super clean, food was excellent delicious. We were greeted by staff they quickly came outside to help with luggage, that was excellent of them and made us feel special.

I was very impressed and glad I chose a place closer to cruise terminal. The best was there was a hop on hop off stop 100 feet away, so I could easily get to the Acropolis and other sites.

Room was clean and comfortable but a little smaller than expected. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I have 2 main complaints, one of which the hotel can’t really control. Our room was facing the street/ water and it was so loud. You could hear everything until all hours of the night and we didn’t get any sleep. My second complaint is that the rooftop dining was closed for a private event. This was very disappointing since it was one of the reasons I booked a room there. We were not informed of this until we arrived.

Beautiful hotel. He rooms were small but well appointed, bed comfy with lovely linens. The staff at the hotel were super accommodating and helpful. The rooftop restaurant/bar was gorgeous. We were only there one night but we would definitely go back.

This was our first stay at The Alex, and we will be back. We travel with our small dog, and The Alex is pet friendly. It's a beautiful boutique hotel near the port of Piraeus. The rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent, as well!
