單位夠大，清潔。鄰近鐵路軌道，所以有點嘈。

房間太骯髒，地上有很多不同顏色的頭髮和不知明雜物 地點有點荒蕪，附近沒有便利商店

離京都車站不太遠但要走一下！怕走的人可以搭taxi，地點稍偏，但服務人員都非常親切，非常感謝，但進房沒有介紹熱水器開關，結果為了洗澡沒熱水研究了好一陣子，但若知道其實使用很方便，房內備品好用（洗面乳和潤髮乳都很好用），謝謝服務人員們！！

東寺のそばです。スタイリッシュなお部屋で、特にバスルームは広くて自動お湯張りで快適でした。スタッフさん親切です。発酵イタリアンカフェ併設ですが、私が泊まったときはお休みでした。京風朝食が美味しかったので、次回はカフェでもいただきたいです。

The location was a little hidden but can be found easily. Close to Kyoto station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, was actually surprised but in a good way. Very clean and tidy.There were a few combini nearby, within walking distance. Great hotel to stay at, highly recommend!

Every was great, when we arrived no one was at the front lobby to greet us, n after repeated bell ringing and asking someone to call the receptionist she came after 10/15 minutes. That experience could have been better

Clean property. Staff replies message very fast and is very helpful. Lovely breakfeast included with our stay. A++++

Authentic place and very nice staff

Het was een fijn verblijf. Lag dicht bij het station en alles was goed te bereiken met de bus of trein. De kamer was netjes en groot

The property itself was okay. The hotel itself was very quiet and staff weren’t always around. At times it felt like a ghost hotel. The room itself was spacious, with a nice bathroom. However, there wasn’t any cupboard space, the space I don’t think was used efficiently as it could have been. It is the first hotel I’ve ever been too around the world that doesn’t change your bed… I stayed 5 days and they don’t change the sheets at any point. They do come in to change the bins replace the item of clothing- the gown they provide. Staff were polite but there wasn’t any information about their restaurant or local area handed out. Would I stay here again? No.

The Room was very nice, except for the big step up to enter bathroom. Good bed - large enough for Americans. Resturant only serves Japanese breakfast, and often closed for dinner while we were there.

Amazing little hotel close to Kyoto station. Very nice rooms and great service. It’s a nice mix of modern luxuries with some traditional features. Not an issue for us but we didn’t know about the accommodation tax that we had to pay when we checked in. It wasn’t a lot and it goes to keeping the city maintenance but we didn’t know about it till we got there.

ナビで少し迷ったけど、スタッフさんが親切に迎えに来てくれました。京都駅からは徒歩だと少し歩きますが無理な距離ではないです。お部屋はリーズナブルで非常に良かったです、広くてゆったり出来て、洗面所や浴室がとても雰囲気が良くてセンスが良い宿です！ おすすめです
