这家酒店位于梅田的黄金地段，出行极其便利。房间大小尚可，还设有健身房供客人使用，这很不错。 然而，让我非常恼火的是投币式洗衣机。它们几乎总是被占用，很多客人洗完衣服后会长时间留在洗衣机里，导致其他客人难以使用。这意味着我不得不经常查看电视上的洗衣机使用情况，一旦有空位就赶紧去洗衣房。在我看来，洗衣机的数量相对于客房总数来说明显不足，这让入住体验非常不便。

我太喜欢这家酒店了！地理位置绝佳，非常便利。下次来大阪，我一定会再次入住这里。

酒店位置优越，交通便利，可直接搭乘地铁和JR线路。

地理位置优越，员工优秀，氛围极佳。唯一的缺点是必须从大楼9楼才能进入。

My stay was wonderful at the hotel with the central location, easy to access all malls around it, especially the Osaka Central station. We had a good stay even though room standard in Japan is small for a family with kid. So far so good. We will be back again!

The location was so convenient! Linked to Osaka station… and many other shopping, dining hubs in the area! The check-in and check-out process used machines, but staff were there to help in case you experienced troubleshooting. Staying at this hotel really made your travel easier!

The location is awesome, rooms are clean. The only feedback would be too little washing machine and dryer for such a huge hotel and the 1 hour grace should reduce to 15 minutes to minimize inconsiderate behaviour from guest using the laundry service.

Great location next to Osaka station. Newly opened hotel with a nice and clean atmosphere. The hotel provided free coffee and tea, also necessary items like a comb and toothbrush at the lobby on the 9th floor. Very good hotel indeed.
