在极光高级酒店 (Aurora Premium Hotel) 的住宿体验绝对棒极了。我们预订了两间房，每间都舒适干净，水质也很好。 酒店地理位置绝佳——就在老城区，步行即可到达许多商店和旅游景点。 酒店的早餐很美味，而且我很喜欢他们每天都供应越南粉——这绝对是我在越南期间最温暖的小吃。 工作人员非常友好，让我们感到宾至如归。 在沙巴两日游结束后，我们甚至决定再次预订这家酒店，一共住了四个晚上。下次我们一定会再来！

That's so perfect. I have great stay, the staff very kindfull, room clean, ac central, that breakfast so good. They have nice pho.

The staff was very friendly and they assisted us in changing the room due to the noisy environment arround. However, the rooms are poorly soundproofed and some of them quite small. The breakfast was modest for vegetarian options. The hotel is placed in the old city which makes the area crowded and noisy. A 10 for the the staff and a 7 for the hotel.

Khách sạn ở vị trí thuận tiện gần các địa chỉ quán ăn ngon của phố cổ và nội thất cũng rất đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ khách rất có tâm. Con trai mình chấm 10 điểm và nhà mình sẽ tiếp tục nghỉ tại đây vào những dịp đến Hà Nội tiếp theo.

Tất cả đều tuyệt, nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình và dễ mến. Phòng sạch sẽ, ăn sáng ngon, view đẹp.

Trừ việc thẻ phòng bị hư phải nhờ nhân viên mở cửa giúp thì các dịch vụ khác ok.

Hotel in the perfect location in old town Hanoi. Breakfast buffet is good and varied, although we really missed cappuccino/fresh juices and the staff could have been more attentive to refill the buffet. We had a room without window that was not overly comfy, but did the job. The staff was super sweet, especially Mr. Bean and Ms. Irene. Thanks for having us.
