Spacious room, good view, friendly staff

The hotel apartments are well appointed and in a great location. The pool area which is a big draw especially in summer needs some renovation and the pool needed more regular cleaning.

The room and furniture was relatively new, but not very high quality. (Think IKEA.) When we arrived we had very limited time before the front desk staff were done for the day (6:30 PM) so we felt really rushed through checking in. The building is a bit of a maze, elevators don't operate from main floor to top floor. We had to take 1, walk through a dark hall, climb a flight of stairs (not just a few as the front staff stated) and then go up a different elevator to reach our room. We had heavy bags because we were traveling for several weeks in Europe, so the elevators were needed to make it to our room initially. We just took the stairs the rest of the week we were there. Staff should definitely plan to just help find a room that complicated to get to, they offered but we just assumed we could find it on our own. (When we got to the dark hall, I went back down to get the staff.) Once we got to the 2nd elevator the staff sent us up on our own. Then we got to our door and the key didn't work as they instructed. It was really frustrating and not the experience you want when you first arrive at a new hotel.

A beautiful rabbit warren of a property tucked behind a busy facade. Great location with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants close by but be aware that unless your driver has a code they are unable to drive up to the hotel entrance so you may need to drag or carry your luggage from the end of the street to the hotel. The rooms are modern and pretty well maintained, the “house keeping pack” was a great asset as we hadn’t brought any cleaning products with us on this trip. Check in took such a long time but thankfully we were the only guests checking in at that time. There was an issue with our room but it was resolved with the check in team and we were re- located to the correct grade of room after some investigation. The pool was out of use for the whole of our trip which was annoying as we were advised at check in that it was being “cleaned” that day and would be back to normal by the next day

Amazing suites, cleverly designed and interesting property. No wifi available in our suite, unfortunately. And the pool closed at an astonishingly early 7pm… a pity as it looked to have a great view of the sunset colors on the nearby cathedral but that happened hours later. Be sure to park elsewhere as the local roads require a pass that even taxis and Ubers don’t have. But it is a short walk up from the cruise port, where parking is cheap and safe.

Alot of stairs and restrictions on driving on road. But easy to get an Uber at the corner.

Geräumig und sauber. Gut isolierte Fenster, sehr ruhig. Gute Betten. Schade nur, dass in einem 2-Zimmer Apartment im zweiten Zimmer ein Sofabett steht und nicht ein richtiges. Die Qualität war aber ok.

We had a fabulous duplex room with the most amazing view from our terrace. There was a small pool area, which was fine. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Place for situated in a great location close to the sea and all the buzz of Lisbon

WiFi didn’t work for the whole duration. One of our party was working but the WiFi didn’t work at all. The rest of us only needed it for socials but we still couldn’t connect for the whole 9 days. Door handles kept falling off. Asked for a clean from 2 people but it wasn’t done. Had to ask again the following day and it finally was. We had 3 rooms and half didn’t have enough cutlery, one didn’t have a toaster, some got bin bags / dishwasher tables etc. some did not. Inconsistent throughout. Gym equipment was broken (weights). Codes changed on our final evening so we couldn’t get into the property. We then had to find the number and call the property management to give us a new access code. Very inconvenient as it was after midnight. On the upside - the rooms were spacious, clean when we turned up, nice people on reception (when they’re there), nice space, the rooms all seem different, historic looking building, great location, easy for transport.

Fab place. Would definitely return.

Great location near the train station and close to lots of activities as well as things to explore. Place was calm, relaxing and a great enjoyable green lawn with a pool. The AC worked great and was truly a great time. Thank you

The accommodation was very clean and quite large. Full laundry and kitchen facilities if needed in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of everything. We quite enjoyed our stay and next time in Lisboa this will be on our list of places to stay.

Our stay was amazing. In the perfect location - so easy to get around and close to everything. Room was clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool area was gorgeous and quaint. Staff was also extremely welcoming and kind and accommodating for any needs through the stay. Highly, highly recommend.

Habitación amplia y cómoda cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para una súper estadía. Cuenta con utensilios de cocina plancha blower entre otros. Es hermoso y la localidad céntrica

Unit was very large and clean. Has a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. Only possible issue is that no uber can go down the street. It is at the top of a slight hill, so you must be able to walk up and down a hill. Approx 3-5 minutes up the street from the Fado Museum. Tons of restaurants and markets. Walking distance to most popular places in Alfama. We hired a proper taxi from the airport and the Police wouldn’t let him drive down the street. It took a long time to get to the hotel due to that issue. Once we got there,Luis met us at the bottom of the street and helped with our luggage. Our unit had an outdoor terrace and tons of storage space if you need it. Once we got to the unit we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this property, but you should be able to be physically able to navigate the area by foot.
