Great parking. Ev charger doesnt work correctly. Room looks clean but was dusty Bedding had marks and smelt old very musty The towel also looked clean but few marks and smelt old and dusty

Good location, friendly efficient staff who will resolve any problems without fuss. Genuinely dog friendly too.

The staff are brilliant but the hotel needs work carpet is very old the bedroom floor makes noise when you walk and furniture is old. But they do provide the basic.

Great location,great on site parking but hotel smelled a bit fusty and could do with a refurb i.e new carpets.Good for an overnight stay

- Horrible smell from the running water from the bathroom's sink tap - Abysmal internet connection - Fridge not working, with just the lights on - Dilapidated looking upper part of the wall / ceiling in front of the "supposed" Executive Room, and the list goes on....😒

clean, friendly, a bit quirky, quality stay. loved it.

I arrived at 10 on the evening and left at 730 the next day. When I arrived it was dark and cold outside. I had needed to call the hotel as I was lost. Beth was really kind and friendly on the phone and got me to the hotel. I entered the building and it was really quirky. I entered from the car park and it was like entering an olde fashioned train station. It was ace. I then entered the hotel and it was really bright and colourful. There were lights on the stairs that made it look magical. Beth checked me in and again was really helpful. The room was lovely. Nice and bright. It has all the facilities you could ask for. Overall a fab stay. I don't know whatthe area is like outside the hotel as I got there too late and left early. I am a single traveller and would def recommend this hotel.

Lovely old Victorian hotel, nice friendly staff, good size room spoilt by a table top white fridge on the floor - had to switch off due to noise! Hotel only let down by standard of food - too much ultra processed food, tinned tomatoes at breakfast and only fried eggs offered.
